I brought my car to this shop with an exhaust problem. They charged me $155 to keep it for a few days, drive it around, and peel off a piece of tape from the exhaust pipe that they decided was the problem. When I got home, my car was still the same. I called him, but he said that "we" decided that the tape was the cause. So, since they had removed the tape, they had "fixed" it. By the way, Firestone auto in Sahuarita didn't even charge me their $130 diagnostic fee because they couldn't find the problem. And Leon's Exhaust in Tucson didn't charge me anything (even though he couldn't find the problem) even though he thoroughly examined and took apart the car, took pictures and showed me, and took an infrared image of my catalytic converter and didn't charge me a dime.

Had my car serviced here by George during my day off. He was fast easy and explained everything that was performed to my car.

Cetiva at the front desk is great, and George is a very honest and wonderful mechanic. He has saved me a lot of money and time. I had been going to Jeff's for the past three years, and now I am going to the new Ragg's. I have had a difficult time with finding a place I trusted to take my car and I'm very glad I started coming here. They have gone above and beyond to make sure whatever problem my car had is fixed correctly!

During one our trips to Green Valley we experienced severe brake problems. We drove it to Raggs Automotive and they not only were able to pre diagnose the problem they took our vehicle the same day and it was repaired and ready for pick up at closing time. Recently we purchased a KIA Sportage and it was due for its second oil change. Again, there was the same personal greeting along the same expert service. We highly recommend this business and will be our go-to automotive repair place for all future services and repairs.

I have been going to Raggs (used to be Jeffs) for 5 years now. Thought it was time for me to make my feelings known about the owners. I think they are honest, hard working and trustworthy people. They are not trying to gouge you on repairs, or suggest services you don't need. So glad I found a shop my wife and I trust.

If you want an honest man for the job, George is your guy. I have been going to Raggs Automotive since before it was Raggs Automotive ! George and Cetiva are hardworking and honest. Hard to find these qualities in an auto mechanic. George is the go-to man !!!

November 8, received check in mail for $172.77 from Ragg's. They were able to get their parts supplier (Merles) to price match the fuel pump price from Autozone. I appreciate Ragg's effort on this followup.

Raggs Auto worked on my Tacoma and VW Rialta's air conditioning, and work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Extremely satisfied with the work done by George and company. Thank You

Raggs Automotive, and in particular, George, provided me with excellent customer service. I had an engine repair needed and some rough braking issues, so George listened to me describe my problems, and was very good about going over what he recommended, explained fully, along with estimated costs and time of repair. The car was ready when he said, ready to go. Upon leaving the shop, another unrelated issue occurred with my coil pack. The next morning, I went back to George with my new problem, and once again, George was patient and listed to my new, unrelated problem with my truck. He then discussed his recommendations, and promised he would do his best to get to the car the same day, despite having a full schedule already. At 2:30 pm, George called me to report all was repaired, and that he was able to warranty the component which failed, and only charged me his time for the repair. Essentially, my job came in under budget, and ahead of schedule. I would recommend George and Raggs Automotive without reservations based on the high quality service, professionalism, and great customer service I received.
