How can I help a guy who never returned my call? His loss, I wanted to trade a brand new set of tires for a set of good used ones to put on my car that was traded

This tire shop probably saved my life. Pablo is the guy who helped me. I pulled right up saw him and he immediately came to check my car out. I had a donut on the back tire the wrong size rim on the front passenger and on the driver side the tire was completely bald. With me being between jobs right now and working for DoorDash this car needed to be in good shape. I told Pablo how much $$ I had and he was able to work with that. Very professional and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Great place excellent service and highly recommended!! Thank you!

The only shop that was actually open when they said they were, even answered the phone. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced.

I didn't even have to complete a business transaction with this company to know they don't care about there customers. I called this place to see if they have a tire for my girl car .they said they did . I wasnt able to make it there that day (yesterday) so the next day I called again at around 11:30 am . I reconfirmed with the guy that answered that they have a tire for me. I then asked him what time they close he said 5pm . So I head down there around 330/4 after taking the rim off my car. On the way my gf calls to verify pricing and details again and the says there closed. I got on the phone and he proceeded to argue with me ! Saying he never said 5pm and he's been working on Sundays for 8 years and they never close at 5. Now I'm no customer service expert but from where I come from you don't even argue with the customer as directly and impolitley as he was . .much less lie to the customer and waste there time! Seriously ! Learn how to treat people and maybe you wouldn't have to work Sundays for 8 years straight. I will never give this place my business and as far as I'm concerned if this is how they treat people they probably treat the customers property with even less care. .

got a tire 2 hours later it's flat went back could not do nothing for me lost of 40$ was on the free way when I got the flat on the way back home

Rafael's is the only place I go in Tucson to get my tires fixed or replaced. They are kind, efficient, and affordable. Next time you need your tire fixed, I suggest Rafael's.

Picked up a nail in my tire on a Sunday which produced a relatively slow leaker. Looked around for a tire shop that's open so I can get this tire fixed before a busy week. All the chain stores are closed on Sunday. These guys are awesome. Drove up. The boss greeted me. Said he'd fix me right up and he did. Hard working crew. Fast efficient pleasant careful. Can't say enough. Easily worth twice what they charged me on a Sunday afternoon- I actually did pay twice what they charged and should have paid more. I've found a new tire shop!

They are constantly busy. Great service. Good tires. Two tires cost me less than $100. One new tire at other places would have cost me over that price. Highly recommend them.

Tire was going flat, and a friend recommended Rafael's tire shop. They found two small holes, I asked if it could be plugged and one of the hole were too big to plug so they hooked it up a used tire with a good amount of tread still on the tire for $25.

Got a hole in my tire that he wasn't able to fix so he sold me a used tire that had a lot of thread for a great price !
