The best place for mammograms, 3D imaging is available. Am 70 and this was the first mammogram that I was not put through painful positions to image my breasts. Was a breeze. Excellent staff!

Very considerate attentive staff, thorough and knowledgeable.Had a long wait- but good experience overall.

This is the perfect place to go if you like Clinic style waiting. What I don't like about the place is, if you are sick they expect you to get on the little check in terminal. Input all the information that they should be imputing theirselves.I had it out with them one time I had pneumonia and they wanted me to check in myself. I was very sick and in no mood to let them sit and do nothing while I do the work for them. There are many people that are not computer savvy. When it comes to mammograms I like this place. I got a 3D mammogram and was out the door in 1 hour.Yesterday a deaf woman was checking in. The woman she was dealing with was sayin' very loud to a lip reader when did you hit menopause. She was humiliated by talkin loud so everyone could hear except for the patient. She only read lips. So like I say it is Clinic Style and not very personal or private

My wife scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago. Our insurance requires prior authorization. My wife received a call the day before our appointment letting us know the appointment was going to be cancelled because insurance hadn't responded yet. Turns out, the auth team at Radiology Ltd didn't submit the paperwork until two days before the appointment. Most insurances need at least a week to approve authorizations. This is basic medical procedure! I asked them to call our insurance to get them to approve the auth. When I didn't hear anything I decided to call the insurance company myself. I did all the work to get the auth approved. When I called Radiology Ltd to tell them, they still thought the auth was pending. In fact, when they called, they somehow managed to get the priority of our auth downgraded!! Luckily I handled everything and got my wife's auth for her, no thanks to your staff. So where's my paycheck for doing your jobs? This was basic medical office management. Not rocket science, but definitely needed someone who cares about the patient to handle it and take an ounce of initiative. If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself apparently. So to be honest, I'm scared about learning how to use an MRI.

Huge waste of time and massively frustrating. Will not be back.If you want a provider that won't have your x-ray order when you arrive, or that asks YOU to call your doctor to have the order faxed even though they "confirmed" the order during scheduling, this place is for you.

PEOPLE, BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY LIE OR THE STAFF ARE IDIOTS.I WAITED 6 WEEKS FOR A MRI machime where i would go in feet first instead of head first. I go in to the cubicle where the stAff asks you questions that you've answered a hundred tim es,and I say'I AM GOING IN FEET FIRST ' and the repsays NO. We can't do that for a thoracic and lumbar mri. This a mri where I would have to be in the machine 40 minutes. Last time I was told 25 minutes. I ask to see a supervisor. NO apology no warmth. Like a robot. I advised her to re-educate her stAff sao they will have the correct information. I WILL NEVER GO TO RADIOOLOGY LTD. AGAIN.

Always a good experience. They have their act together! The Xray techs are very professional.

Had prostate MRI. Staff extremely professional ! Pleasant experience. Nurse and Technician were both empathetic, efficient and respectful. Clean facility. Would highly recommend Radiology Ltd, LA Cholla.

Violation of privacy. There was a person in the exam room who had no business being there. I was lied to regarding why the extra person was in the procedure room. I feel violated and disrespected.
