I cannot say enough good things about R & R. Rosemary is so welcoming and cheery. Reuben and Isaac are both very knowledgable as physical therapists. I have definitely seen improvement through my sessions with them.

R &R is absolutely amazing! I have had many physical therapist due to me being an absolute klutz. They take the time to get to know you and they have an amazing sense of humor. Everyone is extremely friendly and instead of telling you what you will do they take into consideration as to how you are feeling.

Extremely nice people! I love the attention and the environment. They remember your name and work as a team to help me get better. Music is pleasant, people are pleasant and really work with your injury to make progress as soon as possible without feeling rushed. (:

I've had PT at a couple of different places in Tucson, but none of them can hold a candle to R&R!! The staff here is so wonderful! From the first time on the phone to schedule my initial exam, and I spoke with Athena, I knew it would be a great place to go. She was so friendly!! The first impression has a lot to do with how a patient feels about the first meeting, and Athena set a great first impression. I was going in with a frozen shoulder, I had almost no range of motion, and a lot of pain. Jerry did my first exam, and was very kind and gentle with me. He passed me to my tech, Ingrid, and she listened to my goals - the most important was to be able to pick up my grandbabies, and play with them. She taught me some great exercises, which I did at home faithfully. I also worked some with Kevin who was also very nice, he also taped my shoulder on 2 occasions, and it was great! Ingrid's treatment plan for me was so good, that I healed in no time at all, and I had to go. Getting released should be a time of great celebration; however, R&R Physical Therapy felt like a group of friends that I hated to say goodbye to. If I ever need PT again, I will definitely request that I be sent back to R&R!!

I came to this therapist after years of seekingrelief from chronic pain, numerous procedures and medication trials. The therapist was enthusiastic and positive about helping me. After 5 sessions, I had experienced nothing but more pain. I understand sometimes things get stirred up and hurt more for a while then start helping. But the the therapist seemed to be exasperatedwith me because nothing she tried helped me. At the end of my fifth visit, she said she would have her assistant work on my neck to make it feel better. She rubbed it for about 5 minutes and asked if I felt better. Well, no! How would that make me feel Better after years of seeking help? Then the therapist came in and worked on my neck another 5 minutes. NOW do you feel better? She asked. Still no! She was exasperated with me, and said, well why don't you go home and take some pain killers? Maybe THAT will make you feel better! Maybe we had miscommunicated, but to me that seemed like she was just giving up on me. If I wanted to stay at home and take pain killers, I would not have wasted my time, money, and gas coming to PT. As I was leaving, already pretty upset, the assistant came charging through a curtained doorway and slammed her foot down on my big toe.this is a solidly build strong young woman, and she drove that foot into me with a lot of force. As I stood there, doubled over in pain,Trying not to scream out loud, she grabbed me by the shoulders, moved me aside, and kept on her way. She did not apologise, ask if I was ok, nothing. My big toe is black and blue and the toenail is going to fall off. No one ever called to follow up on this. I am really disappointed that what started out as a hopeful, POsitive experience ended so badly. Other patients seemed perfectly happy, so maybe their experiences were better.

Although staff are friendly the place is unprofessional. You will be in a room with another patient. The therapists or assistants leave you alone after they tell you what to do. You don't get one on one time. The massage therapist massaged the wrong area for less than 5 minutes. The physical therapist sees you for less than a minute. They don't take advantage of the hour they have you there. They spend about 30 minutes with you, only to give you instructions or put machines on you or what not. They aren't dedicating the time you need to receive your full hour of therapy. I've been to other places that dedicate the hour to providing quality physical therapy. Will not be returning here, don't recommend it. We need real healing and help!
