We live in CA and we are taking of my mom here in Tucson....my mom needed a new battery on her watch and after we put the new battery in, we couldn't close the back of her watch together....very frustrating!! We looked up places for watch repair shops and found R&J Jewelry and Watch Repairs and Robert the owner accommodated us and put the watch back together quickly and with N/C.He is very nice and professional! Thanks Robert!!

That's where I was.R is Robert and he fixed three of my watches while I waited. He also made a beautiful custom watch band from one of my father's old bands, and expertly fixed a broken turquoise ring. The gentleman has skills.J is Jasmine and she makes everything prettier in the shop. Happy, sweet, caring...both of the owners really give great customer service and love what they do.If I had more money I'd spend it at R & J's shop.Oh. And they also have beautiful jewelry for sale. Weird huh? Go see them.

I am deeply disappointed with the owner/jeweler. I paid over $100 for a custom piece and have been unable to clasp the necklace. I brought the piece in to have a new clasp and was told $50 to put a simple ring end. That's an exorbitant price! The owner-jeweler smirked when I calmly stated I'd go elsewhere.R&J Jewelers Does Not backup their work and is condescending too. Buyer - Beware!
