Friendly and welcoming staff. I liked the way they displayed the fabric. It was easy to see and made the store so bright and cheery. A good selection of various brands/designers. Can't wait to go back!

This store is a quilters (and embroider's) paradise. Every time I go in, I am greeted with excitement and I am always asked how they can help me. I had a quilt top with me, and they sales lady was so helpful in picking a backing and making sure I had enough to complete my project. While she was cutting my fabric she was generally curious about what projects I was working on. I then needed to go to the embroidery side and she was go ahead and leave it here, you cut fabric won't go any where. Another lady helped me with a free standing lace project and hoe to complete it. At checkout I asked about quilters and the third employee gave me three cards for businesses.

The quilt basket and sewing room are a Tucson treasure. The staff is helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. And the fabric selection is outstanding! I enjoy coming to the shop whenever I'm in town and I always end of finding something fun. Their bernina staff is very helpful and knowledgeable too. They go to trainings throughout the year to keep up to date so I always trust the information they provide! Great service. Great store. Highly recommend.

Great shop! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop has a wide array of fabric, patterns, and threads. The sewing room side provides service for machines, quickly and at a reasonable price. Lots of variety of classes with great teachers are also offered.

Friendly employees, great selection. They are connected to a Bernina store, so you can purchase your machine accessories, bring your machine in for service, or purchase a new machine as well. Batiks, traditional, modern fabrics, as well as wools and flannels. Aurifil thread too! Lots of classes to check out. In the same shopping center as Sakura.

Very nice selection of fabric, patterns and supplies.The customer service was good too.I would give the shop a 4.5 star if available.

I love this place. Has a great variety of fabrics, and misc quilting necessities. The staff were all helpful and personable.

I should have done this before.This store is truely a gem. I am an older mother who rarely gets out without my youngest son (5 years). Although he is full of energy the ladies at this store take him as he is and never once have made him or me feel uncomfortable unlike another store in town.As a result I rarely buy just what I went for. Today I ended up spending far more than planned but that is okay.Thank you Quilt Basket for being my go to quilt store.

I am STILL waiting for a call from the owner who has "a floating schedule". She has NOT called me back about a machine that is onl 2 months old! Lousy customer service
