Karl is the man! He's always nice and helpful every time ive talked to him over the phone. A people person who genuinely cares about helping as much as providing a service. Will definitely keep coming back and referring people here!

These folks were straight to the point and set expectations that our phone was probably not repairable after it being submerged in water for a few minutes. We paid the $59 fee for them to take a look at the phone and determine the next steps. Unfortunately, the phone was not salvageable, They dod offer to put some data from it. I think they overall help a lot of people with broken phones!

Second visit and again it was fast and well priced. First visit was to replace the back glass on my Samsung, this visit was to replace the battery. Nice people, professional service, great experience all around!

Karl was amazing! These guys know what's up. Very professional office and personnel. Would 100% return and recommend for iPhone services!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE REPAIRS HEREMy IPhone 13 Pro Max had the back glass cracked on the back of this phone. I called this shop and asked for an estimate on having it replaced. They told me $150 and I thought that seamed reasonable so I brought my phone in to have the glass replaced. Later that night when i got hope I took the case off my phone and was examining their work and noticed that the new glass they installed had some small cracks around the camera so I brought it back in. They replaced the glass on my phone again but later I noticed that the speaker on my phone had quit working after there work so once again I was headed to the shop for a 3rd time for more repairs. This time they told me they didn't have the parts so they would need to order them and it would take afterwards days. So I went a few days without being able to place a call on my phone until they could replace. Finally they fixed the speaker but then a coupe days later the battery came loose in my phone "it had never had this issue before". So for the 4th time I brought my phone back into the shop and told them what was going on and the put more adhesive on the battery which lasted only another few days before it came loose again. I can't remember how many times this happened another 3-4 times of going back in the shop to have the re set the battery. The last time I went into the shop I advised the tech that I was moving out of state in a few days and really made it clear that whatever this issue was needed to be taken care of because I wouldn't be able to come back into the shop. He assured me he would make sure the battery wouldn't come loose again. Well literally 5 days later it did come loose. Not long after that my phone started to have all kinds of issue and now it this point my phone quit working all together and wont hold a charge. Now I've been contacting the shop via phone and speaking with one of the shop managers his name is Nic. He seemed to be helpful at first but now he's telling me that "he went through their tickets" and that I was advised by the tech that "the frame in my phone was bent and I should have it replaced" This is 100% a lie. I was never advised by a tech that there was anything wrong with my phone. If there was I would have had them fix it because I've always taken good care of my electronics and have been particular with them. Now I don't know if the tech is lying to Nic or if Nic is lying to me because he just doesn't want to deal with the issue. He keeps giving the excuse that "my brother recently took ownership of the store and we're sorry for any mistakes made on their part". At the end of the day I don't care who owns the store. I used their service and now my phone is not working and nobody there wants to own up and take responsibility to fix the issue. Also if the frame really is bent that means that they bent the frame on my phone because I never ever had any issue with my phone like this previous to bringing it into this shop. The battery never came loose until they "fixed it".I've given these guys many chances to fix my phone and make things right but their customer service is horrible in my experience and their techs do not have the proper skills to fix something as simple as a loose battery that they caused in the first place. I'd save your money and go to a more reputable shop or just take your apple devices and go directly to the Apple Store. Bringing my phone to this shop was a mistake I will not be making again and I hope I can save other a lot of grief by advising you not to work with these guys. They'll ruin your phone and do nothing other then make excuses for themselves and not fix the issue.Now I'm out a $1,300 IPhoneQuick fix phone repair is exactly what they call themselves a "quick fix" that wont last very long.

My new favorite place!!! I hope I don't have to go back, but they were awesome, friendly, fast, and Cory let my kiddo hangout with him while he replaced my screen. He walked him through everything he was doing, let him turn some screws, and help in other little ways.I watched the staff take their time with each customer, no matter their questions or concerns. Overall a great place. And also best priced repair in town.

I reached out to quikfix to get batteries replaced in our iphones..BIG MISTAKE !! What they sold me as apple batteries were not apple and had that verified at the Apple store. What a ripoff..Beware of what you pay for

Excellent techs, quick and efficient, also rates are extremely fair. My phone was water damaged and they swapped my motherboard into a donor phone with ease. I will be entrusting my tech with these techs again!

I took my i-phone to Carl and Nic to fix a problem I was having with the speaker. I was unable to hear my customers, which was a big problem for my business! Carl and Nic were able to to fix the problem while I waited (all of 3 minutes!) and sent me on my way without any charge!! I highly recommend Carl and Nic! I am a customer for life!
