Quik Fix Phone Repair - South Tucson

If you need a phone repaired or screen fixed this is the place to go. These guys are super knowledgeable and when you check in on Yelp, there is a discount code. I took an old iPhone there for repair and they were knowledgeable in what series I should upgrade to get the most value for my dollar. Seems like the best option was not the iPhone 14.

My 2-year old dropped one of our iPads. It was even inside an Otterbox case! She completely shattered the screen. I called this establishment and they had the screen I needed for the repair! Not only did they have the screen, they took less than five hours to complete the repair. I am so amazed with the whole experience. Their customer service was amazing and I'm looking forward to my toddler's next fumble. I know exactly where to go again!

Brandon saved my iPhone from losing all the data... had the phone repaired by another shop and it was not powering up, went back to the shop but they said they can't do anything about it...Came to this store and they were able to get it working right away, without even waiting so much time. Good, quick service. Best pricing with available discount specials. Fix works fine. Fixed a phone that otherwise was going to be recycled. Was able to fix it and use it as a trade in for a new phone, which saved hundreds of dollars. Thanks!

I dropped my phone off for a repair they took off the screensaver and threw it away when I went to get a new screensaver from ZAGG they said you need the original screensaver that was on the phone. I called quick Fix and spoke to the manager who was a total jerk. He would not assist me in anyway in an attempt to find a screensaver that he took off and threw away this ended up costing me $65 for a new screensaver because this jerk wouldn't do his job and return property that was already on the phone I asked him how he was going to take care of this problem he said that he wasn't and he said he was not responsible, and then he hung up. I would not recommend this business to anyone this manager needs to be fired. This is a poor business model for customers take your business elsewhere if I could've gave them a zero stars I would have.BAD BAD MANAGER. WATCH PUT FOR KARMAKARL!

Dropped my phone in my jacuzzi and they fixed it with no problem! I thought for sure my phone was done for, but since I came last time to fix my screen, they put a sealing agent on my phone to prevent further damage like water!! They fixed and cleaned my phone and it is working perfectly again. I can recommend this place to anyone with phone issues and they take amazing care of their customers! (:
