The most infuriating part about this office is their phone system never works you will never get ahold of anybody today I tried twice today learned that after 24 minutes on hold the system hang up on you I also learned that none of the buttons work because if you press one you will not get to make an appointment if you press two the recording will not step stop playing if you press zero you were either go nowhere or get disconnected. Literally the only way to do business with this places to walk in the door and talk to whoever is behind the desk I don't know how in the world pharmacies with prescription issues get a hold of this place. I guess now I'm driving across town to make an appointment. however I love my doctor so I really really wish they would read these reviews and address their phone system!

The worst place on all aspects. The office and assistants are incompetent. My NP's assistant didn't send the paper work over to the lab, and then I was unable to get a hold of anyone on the phone to let them know.I have been through 4 doctors there one died, one was creepy af, Dr. Gerhauser, and gave me his personal paper on electricity and health (horribly written, actually appalling) so quit that. And then had two Nurse Practitioners who left. They constantly bill me incorrectly, and then have to adjust the price when I question it. Avoid this place, an absolute medical shit show.

I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism at some healthcare facilities like Quality of Life Medical Center on Erickson Drive in Tucson. This is my third visit. Each time I'm asked to fill out the same paperwork I have filled out before. I asked them why do I have to continue filling out the same paperwork? Their response, "Our computers were hacked and we lost all of our patient information." The girl who said that received a dirty look from what seem like an office manager for telling me this. Okay, so they got hacked again, My information is now gone, my blood work results are all gone....AGAIN!!And every time you go in you have to get screened all over again because they don't know who you are. Seriously? These are healthcare providers? Their exam room chairs are all ripped up, they must be struggling for cash because the place is a mess and their office staff consists of nothing but southside crunchy- haired Chola receptionists with [heads going side-to-side] attitudes. Never again!

This place is a joke. The staff never returns calls, the doctor asks you questions like they don't know their own profession, and you wait 30-45 min once you get taken back by the nurse. They tell you that you owe money and then a week later say never mind we messed up... Who is in charge of billing!? The receptionist must only work 15 minutes a day because the chance of her answering is about 3% on a good day. Please save your money and find a different office.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDICAL CENTER! Please take the time to read this before you consider visiting this facility. I made an appointment for a general physical with the hopes of finding my first primary doctor. When I arrived to my first appointment the receptionist asked if we could reschedule my appointment, as the doctor was out. I was frustrated because I had to take off work to be at the appointment and contacting me before I showed up would have been much appreciated, but I was determined to find a good doctor. The receptionist took my new patient forms and told me to come in two days later at 2pm. I showed up to my appointment right on time at 2 pm and the receptionist said the doctor would not see me because I needed to be there at least 30 minutes early. She apologized for not communicating this with me and asked if we could reschedule again. Again, I took off work to go to this appointment so without hesitation I said absolutely not and requested to be taken out of their system. Well guess what....I got a bill in the mail a month later indicating that I was a "No Call/No show" to both of the above appointments I mentioned. Funny how I was there IN PERSON on both days, but it was considered to be a "no show." Am I invisible?!? Please do not go to this facility. You should be able to trust your doctor's office. I assure you, you can not trust this clinic. This is not a medical center of caring, helpful professionals, it is merely a business determined to get money by any means necessary.

They billed me for my preventative visit and labs which require no copay from me. The NP thete refused to change the code so that the visit was 100% coveted as it is every year. My insurance called the office several times to clear up this issue. No call back. This is insurance fraud. And will be reported

Why can't anyone call you back. Blood tests three weeks ago called three times to the MA's personal line, but no return call. Now I need a prescription refilled which I have request and now I cant wait until they call me back. If they are that busy employ more people. Very quick in taking money and sending bills but no so quick on the follow up for what they are charging you for.I will be looking for a more efficient and functional place for my health care.Not impressed.

Very tired of meds not getting called in. New practitioners to break the cycle of a good quality of life. Again I'm going to fall off all meds because the managers won't do extra to keep clients. They have lost me after 10 loyal years. Great luck to you!

Called to schedule a follow up appointment per my doctors instructions. When I FINALLY got thru to scheduling they told me I hadn't been seen in 3 years and the doctor is not taking new patients. When I explained I had been there in Dec, Feb, and March I was placed on a 40+ minute hold. The scheduler never came back. Rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior from a medical provider! I will find a new doctor and NEVER recommend this practice as they clearly misplaced my medical file and don't care about their patients.

I have been a client with QLMC for more than a decade. Things were moving smoothly until recently. Aside from the fact that I have to bang on doors to get my Rx refilled, for the first time I had to use their offices for my bloodwork, for which I made it clear that I would have to pay out of pocket. I was told my Margarite that I would have to pay around $70.00. She actually went through the trouble of placing me on hold, while she was trying to get the pricing information for me. They did not charge me on the day of my appointment. I received a bill that said I owed 0.00. This didn't sound right to me. Later, during a phone call, I told them I had not been charged and I needed to pay. They looked into their system, and did not see a bill. Today, I received for $633.76!!!! SERIOUSLY !!!! That definitely doesn't sound right?!?! . It is a Saturday, so I have no way of talking to anyone until Monday.
