I have used Quality Lube and Tune off and on for 18 years. Over the last 3 weeks or so, I have lost all confidence in their service. I took my recently purchased used car in for what felt like was the transmission slipping when taking off from a stop. After checking it out, I was given a quote of $1700 for parts and labor. Picked it up a couple of days later, and the car had the exact same slippage problem! Did they not take it for a test drive? I took it back, and the owner was there. He made a copy of my receipt and promised to make it right. I brought the car back the next day, then got a call indicating more research was done, and I could pick up the vehicle. I thought the problem had been corrected. When I picked it up, I was given 12 pages of the latest research. I was given the number of a mobile mechanic. What? I called the number twice and received no response. Now I am left with a car with a slipping tranny, and I am out $1700. So, how is that for making it right? I'm headed to Klipper Automotive tomorrow.

Take both my Toyota Tundra and Volkswagen Eos and always had my vehicle returned in amazing shape. They let me know when manufacture recommends services and for such an amazing price! Definitely better then dealerships.

I've been bringing my card in here for years and have never had an issue. Always quick turnaround times and the parts and labor they do is top of the line. Always satisfied with the things that they fix especially air conditioning, always a great job is done. The only "con" is pricing, I never really enjoy bringing my car into any shop, however, compared to other auto shops out there I have seen Quality Lube and Tune has the best pricing. Bringing my cars in for things that I am unable to fix makes life easy and despite the steep cost of labor nowadays they are still the most competitive out there.

Daughter-in-law dropped off her JK for a alignment. Just finished up a Rubi axle swap and new adjustable trailing arms. Took 3 days of phone calls to get them to respond even though she had made a appointment for a simple alignment. They left her Jeep outside to rot and then proceed to tell her a line of BS. Never offered a written estimate. Just a hand written list on someone else's letter head. One item on their list was new ball joints. The ball joints were just replaced with fully adjustable American made joints. Really? We still doing this to people.Tried to take advantage of her.

After speaking with Dan and sharing that my 2006 a 4Runner AC was blowing cold at a temperature of 40 degrees. I mentioned that I would like to see if I could get it to 35. He then shared that he had a vehicle that was the same age with the same problem but that his vehicle's air stopped blowing cold and was blowing hot. I shared "that doesn't sound like the same problem" however he assured me that he could get my air to blow colder. I proactively took my 4Runner in to his shop two days later on Saturday 8/3//24. I waited most of the day for him to complete the mission, only to have him try unsuccessfully three times before with the temperature reaching near 100 degrees inside the cabin before he then says " I'll have to keep it longer to figure out the problem ". I had to CALL HIM two days later ( he didn't call me) to learn that they were still trying to figure out the issue. I complained to him that it had been far too long that he had my vehicle and that if he couldn't fix it just admit it! as I would take it some place else! I expressed that I would have to stop working and come and get my vehicle, which would be another inconvenience. He ring me a few hours later and said that it was ready and fixed and that he would have someone bring it. A lady brought my vehicle and as she was handing me the keys she complained about the steering wheel being so hot. I responded to her with "well it was sitting at your shop for the last to days not covered, so it should be hot" Through the entire mess, no one apologized and I was charged $234.23 for this shop and yet I have to now take it to another shop fix the AC because now it's fluctuating from 50 to 65°F! I will NEVER use this shop again and I will tell everyone that I know to not go there under any circumstance.

These guys work on my jeep all the time. They've even been available for me to call if I've had a mishap on the trail. They do good work and super honest.

Called late in the afternoon to get quotes for an oil change for two cars, price was better than all other places I called. Staff was friendly and said they had no wait at the moment so we brought both cars in and had oil changes done in about an hour. They also let us know the the car tires were pretty low so they topped it off. Customer service goes a long way for me and theirs was on point. Definitely will be returning for all my maintenance needs.

Stay away from these crooks!!! My elderly father had his car towed in for a simple power steering hose leak. Quality Lube and Tune took advantage of an 87 year old Veteran.1. My father was quoted a much lower price than he was charged when he picked up the car. He was lied to and over charged by Nathan, the manager. 2. The shop initially had the car for two weeks for the simple repair, so my father had to rent a car to get to doctor's appointments.3. The car had the same problem when he picked it up and barely made it home, so he had to have it towed back to the shop (towing is expensive).4. The shop had the car for an additional week. My father had to beg to get his car back. Over three weeks total to repair a hose. WTH?5. The shop did not refund the cost for parts and labor for installing parts that were not needed and did not fix the original problem. No offer to make it right was ever made.

I am from New Jersey and when my jeep broke down I died. I am so happy I found Quality lube. They are honest hard working and very fair on their prices. There work is the best. I told them yesterday they are stuck with me and they laughed!
