Their representative was able to schedule an appointment for purchase and installation of a quality Curt trailer hitch in less than two business days. Had Ruven at Quality in Tucson install a trailer hitch on my personal SUV. It was significantly less than I was quoted by U-Haul and done in an hour. Used Quality in Phx. for upfit needs on a fleet of 300 I managed for 2 decades; always great prices, quality work and good service.

Purchased some Aries action trac steps for my Ford pick up for 2k and had multiple issues with them within the year or so since . One either quits retracting into the actual step or gets stuck, this is the 2nd time this has happened and supposed to be under warranty! Months and months have gone where I had to call for an update as to where the hell these pieces of craps are ? When I first took the truck in Alex said they'd be replaced no problem but they're in North Dakota or some crap and COVID will delay shipping , I bought it and left it is now June 11th and this was in February so are they making these new ones from scratch? Shitty communication and no call backs, between me and my old man we've spent quite a bit of money at this place but the hell with them now thanks "quality bumper" !

Upon posting of my review the locks were overnighted to us that same day! We remain dissatisfied with this company and will not recommend them.

Contacted Alex about a blue ox flat tow system for my GMC truck. He gave me a quote that was very reasonable and had it installed in one day. Additionally I purchased a braking system and they installed that with all the necessary connections very reasonable and good quality work. Quality Bumper is great!

We had a trailer hitch installed on our new car. While on vacation we kept hearing a rattling from the rear of the car. After several attempts to tighten the bolts holding the hitch to the car were unsuccessful, we took the car to U-Haul for a check. Of the four bolts holding the hitch on, 2 were only finger tightened and the remaining 2 were not tightened to spec. We could have had a catastrophic accident had we been towing a trailer. The hitch would have detached from the car! I cannot recommend this business and their disregard for basic safety.

These people are a ripoff! Beware, still waiting for my part to come in. It's been 6 weeks now!
