Quail Ridge RV Resort

They really friendly here the staff is very nice we got a spot for my brother Terry Oviatt and they are very cool. He pays once a month for a spot. It hard when people treat older people not right don't make much money but they great to vets. He really likes it here. They have s nice restrooms and showers and rec room.

Super great 55+ RVP in the high desert. Beautiful sunsets and reasonable rates. A short 11 mile drive in to Sierra Vista stores and restaurants. About 2 hours east of Tucson. The nicest RVP in the area IMHO... I used to live in town so have visited them all. Benson, Bisbee and Tombstone plus Patagonia and Sonoita are close by as well.

While on the road, you never know what you're gonna get. This was a great surprise very reasonable very clean park very nice people!!!!!

we are in the leased area of the park, 10 months in to annual lease. Do not stay here!! manager is a verifiable psychotic. park was purchased by 85y/o man from California. he is out to raise rent and do a little clean up, so he can sell for a large profit and leave residents in a lurch. Rent was just raised 25%, No veteran discount, which brought a lot of vets here for the long term. the amenities are basic, and they like to promote their fountain for that resort label. laughable. LOOK ELSEWHERE! Toombstone or Sierra Vista are good choices.

We stayed at Quail Ridge park two years Dec-Mar and finally got the RV space we wanted. We spent a entire day raking and cleaning up the space and then made sure we had it reserved for the next two years. Friends in the park called us to tell us that the park had given our reserved space to someone who wanted it and they didn't even call us. I called them and they said it was true and that is the way it is. DO NOT TRUST THEIR RESERVATION! They have no loyalty to returning patrons!
