This is a great pool. Women's restroom has two stalls and showers. There were no soap dispensers in the restroom. At the entrance, they'll ask if you're doing lap swimming or recreational swimming. A lot of kids working there. It's well staffed. Employees are friendly. If you're interested in swim classes for the kids, go to ezeereg.com . You'll need to bring your own chair if you want somewhere to sit. I came by myself and had no concerns of leaving my bag to the side while swimming. It's mostly kids in the pool. A couple of adults (mainly doing laps).

We had a wonderful experience for the toddler swim lessons. Unfortunately this pools schedule never makes any sense. Never seems to be open when they say they are and are closed unexpectedly all the time. Cleanliness is mediocre. They don't seem to skim out the dead bugs and leaves as often as they should.

Take a swim or relax by the turquoise waves in the mornings while Siripala, a traditional flautist from a nearby village, plays soothing music. In the afternoons, unwind by basking in the gentle rays of the Arizona sun or enjoying a five-star gourmet spread at the pool-side grill. The luxurious poolscape features cabanas equipped with wireless internet, 55-inch flat-screen TVs, butler service, mini-refrigerators and digital safes for personal items. On the bottom of the infinity edge pool, a mosaic saguaro blossom was designed with 630,999 pieces of the purest Mexican glass. After taking another dip to cool off, lounge around with friends on one of the canopy waterbeds nearby, enjoy the chic, sophisticated ambience and listen to some of Tucson's hottest DJs.All right...all right...but compared to the public pool I frequented in the '70s, that's how it felt. Purple Heart Pool is open from June 1 to August 2, with recreational swim from 1:00 to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. I've taken the kids a couple of times this summer; there were only around 20 people there both times, with 3-4 lifeguards on duty. The water wasn't murky. The bathrooms were decent (you know I'm all about that!). The property was free of debris, and includes a large shade structure. It's two bucks and the kids are free!!!The kids were happy. I'm happy.

This pool is ok. Some of the staff is very rude. They do not let you have much fun. They are way to strict with people. I am all about safety but they need to let kids be kids. We bring our there for our summer camp. Can not even play ball in the pool because they say thay the are all trying to tackle each other when thay are not. I keep an eye on them as well and the are doing nothing unsafe. If you want a good pool do not go here. Take the drive to Clements center pool.
