Celiacs, rejoice! A 100% gluten-free menu! Everything, that I can tell is completely gluten-free and made with protein powder or flour.They have quite the extensive offerings for nutrition. I had the crepes with strawberries and they were nicely light and fluffy. Annette is the owner and loves to interact and chat with her customers. There is just one of her, at least the time I went in, so be patient--some items take a little while to cook, like the crepes and probable the waffles.5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

What a great place for a protein shake. I work all over Tucson so it's nice to have different options available. I decided to try the blueberry cheesecake and it looked as good as it tastes. Just under $10 and very filling! They have many different options and flavors to try.

Lots of options here but may not be to everyone's taste. The protein powder in the shakes & baked goods is pretty distinct and stronger than I'd like. At first I thought it was an optional ingredient and didn't realize that it'd be in every dish but I probably should have clarified. I think the menu might also benefit from listing all the ingredients for the smoothies, especially for some of the options that have more descriptive names (as well as prices). I had gotten a fruity smoothie (mango) & sweet crepe which I don't think work they work the best with protein powder. A chocolate /peanut butter based smoothie might work better. The smoothie was also unfortunately rather icy with fairly hard chucks (but this might just be a one time occurance). The space was pretty spacious and cute. The owner was also pretty nice. I might give this place another chance and try one of their other drinks.

I'd been trying to get in here for some time now, they were finally open today. Unfortunately, have to say I was quite disappointed. Great service but the product just wasn't what I expected. I ordered an acai bowl with strawberries and bananas but they were out of bananas so I substituted it with blueberries. However, the fruit was frozen and the young woman the made my bowl used her bare hands and I'm unsure she washed them because I was in the restroom. I also got a waffle which featured whip cream, more frozen strawberries, chocolate drizzle and chocolate chips. Everything was just sub par, the waffle became pretty soggy rather quickly but there was no flavor. I thought the acai bowl was "different," as the color was oh, turns out, she forgot the acai powder all together so I'm not really sure what I was eating but it was also soup rather quickly, I didn't even eat half. Each item was $10 a piece which I wasn't expecting as there were no prices on the menu. I can't say in confidence that I'll return but it was a good effort.

This is a wonderful, new, healthy, locally owned by a woman smoothie bar and more place conveniently located near the airport. My hubby tried the chunky monkey which was a chocolately, crunchy goodness that the owner, Annette, made while telling us her story. All recipes are from the owner and are protein powder based. You can get waffles, crepes, smoothies and more! I believe the protein powder is milk based so if you are sensitive, ask first. Next time, I think I will try a crepe and an iced tea while relaxing in their open and clean store.

If you really want a healthy delicious shake this is a place that will shake up your world! The owner here has so many wonderful combinations and flavors. Artfully crafted, Each shake according to the owner has soy based protein. Even the açai bowls and the pizza are embellished with soy protein so any fitness but will definitely be getting their nutrients. I had a blueberry shake and the flavors were fresh, bold and fruity. But moreover there was a graham cracker crumble at the bottom and throughout the shape that added a nice little crunch like a blueberry pie. And to top it all off was an offering of whip cream with a sprinkle of more blueberries. My only suggestion to the business owner would be to provide the nutrition value such as calories and grams of protein. Also she told me she's in the process of updating her menu as I asked her what the price might be. I also inquired as to what her favorite item was on the menu. She stated that she loves the first item on her menu which is a mix of green and black tea. It's like a refresher and she said it's absolutely delicious. I guess I'll have to come back and see for myself. I hope you come and check it out as well. What a delight to have something so nutritious on the southern side of the city.

I drove by and said to myself "this has to be a Herbalif club". After I finished my errands I made sure to stop by in hopes of it being a Herbalife club. Upon my entrance the girl stood up from her stool behind the bar and greeted me. I asked what they have, and she simply said protein shakes. So, I ask if it was in fact Herbalife, which she responded yes. To my delight I was super excited as I belonged to a club in Oklahoma and have yet to find anything in Tucson. Unfortunately my excitement soon left as i learned it was nothing like the previous club experiences I've had in the past. I asked for NRG for the extra energy boost along with Liftoff, but they did not have it. In fact I'm not even sure if liftoff was placed in the drink or even tea. I ordered a watermelon pomegranate refresher and Orange drink. They both lack flavor. Again, the drinks I used to get in Oklahoma were bursting with flavor. The girls who helped me did not bother with any conversation, it was crickets inside. I don't think I will be back any time soon. Such a disappointmen, when I was ecstatic to find a club close to my house.
