Professional Trailer Repair

Had a hitch installed on my '22 GTI here about two years ago. They did a great job, got me in and turned around fast. They took good care of my new car. Good price as well for the work done. I recently broke a locking hitch pin and couldn't get it off myself, so took it back to them and they took care of me right away, cutting the old pin off and helping me to install the new one, and wouldn't take any money for the work. I will continue to use them for any hitch/ trailer related service I need going forward.

Professional Trailer Repair had been recommended to us by a RV repair mechanic. He suggested we speak to Patrick or Thomas. When we arrived Thomas conveniently walked right up to greet us. We explained our need and within minutes he had assisted us in setting up our hitch system, getting us on the road. Thomas was friendly, kind, helpful, interested and paid complete attention to what we were describing and answered every question we had with a thorough and patient explanation. Everyone at the shop was upbeat and pleasant. It felt like a place with great morale, where the customer is appreciated and valued. What a great experience! : )

I was on a tight timeline and needed a hitch installed on a 2021 Cadillac XT5 and stopped in they had it installed perfectly. I towed a large trailer to Tucson no problems.

Patrick and his crew were absolutely fantastic. I was on a tight schedule to Georgia with a boat and trailer and it blew the entire hub out on the passenger side. It needed a completely new axle and Pat worked overtime to get me back on the road. Can't say enough positive about them!

These guys did an excellent job at getting me back on the road. Lost a trailer bearing on i10 while traveling through. I was able to limp the trailer to their shop, where it was secured overnight behind a locked gate. They put me ahead of their work schedule and had me out the door early the next morning. Props to these guys and also the parts suppliers located immediately next door. Ultimately I was lucky to have broke down within distance of them.

Had a fifth wheel hitch installed. Didn't do it myself because I didn't want to make a mistake and drill extra holes in my bed. Well they did that for me. They didn't admit it until I pointed it out, and never told me about another hole attempt, that they drilled though the bed liner and partially through the steel. They told me they would weld the hole after I caught them, showed up the next day, and instead filled it with silicone and painted over it. When I pointed that out, they made an excuse that they couldn't weld the hole for fear of damaging the spray on liner?? It's one thing to make a mistake, it's something else to try and cover it up.

I gave them a hard job and they worked their way through it at a fair price. Good folks
