DO NOT use this company! I mean whaMost unprofessional company. Ran into the side of house during the dig, spread cement all over our neighbors ac unit and side of house, ran over and cut our drip lines for front yard landscaping, ran over and killed plants in front yard and then told it was our problem as that kind of damage is waived in contract, over promised and under delivered. They jammed all the pool supplies into one corner and now you can't get in to even change the filter!!! They drug their feet on every aspect and always had some kind of personal excuse as to why. Their team is a disrespectful wreck that needs training in customer service and project management. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. We had friends that bought a home with the same builder a month after us and they had their pool built by California Pools and were done 4 weeks ago with no issues along the way. 6/15 - thank you for reaching out and taking our complaints seriously for 1 week. Back to normal now, can't get dates on completion, unanswered voicemails and emails, wrong lights installed in the pool, trees installed are too small, oh and not to mention the first time turning on the jets in the hot tub and one of the caps/head of a jet flew off....in addition to grout falling out around the tiles. Real solid high quality product from Presidential Pools. On a positive note I guess they weren't responsible for the cement sprayed on our neighbors house. Doing the landscape package together seemed like a good idea at the time as we were promised a complete backyard. Apparently it takes longer to complete the fire pit and BBQ than it does a pool. Hoping to use both those features by 4th of July at this point, even though we were told a completion date of May 15th. I wish this nightmare of a company would finish my pool and backyard.6/27The fun continues, pool still has outstanding issues and my BBQ is not done. Not to mention the stone work for the counter top is some of the worst I have ever seen, absolute garbage. We didn't even get the opportunity to pick out the counter top stone for the built in BBQ it was Presidential Pools "designer" Carlo, haha....it looks terrible and the design of the BBQ isn't what we wanted either but hey it's what Carlo wants we just get to pay for it.

I shopped several providers for our job. Hands down Jason had the absolute best architectural design for our property. He considered all the property lines and shapes before submitting the drawings. The timeline was laid out, and aside from weather conditions we were on schedule. Cruz was our project manager and went above and beyond on our job each and everyday. If I had to do it over again, I would choose Presidential, "hands down". Josh was our orientation contact...he was patient and most informative. He completed troubleshooting on the internet portion of the heating system.Hats off to Presidential's attention to detail.

I have NEVER been so disappointed in my life with this whole process. I don't even know where to start it's been so bad!Well, I purchased my home back in the beginning of May and it's still not completed; it's now the middle of August. My neighbors went with a different company and they're nearing the completion of their pool after just six weeks. The design has been mocked for whatever reason and isn't what I had envisioned Or explained and materials I didn't know were available were never presented. Had to make changes throughout the project because the original design wasn't carried out. Now, the construction; LACK OF COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS!!! I've been the one asking for dates, deadlines, and information on progress with regards to this project and Presidential dropped the ball in so many ways. I'd be away for work for an extended amount of time only to find out nothing had been done. No phone calls, emails, or even stopping by to explain the process or delays were done. And then, I get the "I know a guy" to do masonry works... that has been an absolute disaster!!! Now through all of this, you'd think... be patient, it will be beautiful when it's done, but I have to say I'm not loving it for the $50K+ price tag. I should want to come home to relax poolside and the only thing I can think of is this has been an absolute disaster and I should have gone with someone else. Needless to say, I would not chose this pool company to do any future work for me and am very close to firing them and have someone else finish the job. After nearly four months, this is what I have to show for (see below)8/26: it's been two weeks.... and still nothing more is done. The contacted mason outside of this company is fulfilling his end of the bargain, but once again, Presidential Pools fails to follow through. Will keep you posted.... will likely be done around Christmas time.9/22: still not finished. I finally got water in the pool, but they still haven't completed the project and still no communication on a timeline when it will be completed. Will continue to keep you posted.

Contracted for pool and spa 10 months ago. However according to our superintendent there are "many jobs that are ahead of yours" which is why we have waited three weeks to get an electrician to come down from Phoenix to Green Valley. Open ditches for over a month. We have had bad cad drawings, bad measurements, bad ground layout, failed city inspections, bad communication from everyone at Presidential. Would not recommend.

My husband and I reached out to this place well over a month and a half ago, JUST for a design or an idea of things. The guy told us he would get us a design, but that they were about 12 days out. So okay no big deal. We sent him the plot plans and the yard pictures he asked for, and he never even had the courtesy to email or call and say hey I'm running behind or whatever. 12 days turned into now just about 2 months. We never even heard one thing back from them. I told them I wasn't interested in a 100,000$ pool, which is what they try to sell you, I want a simple one. Pretty sure that's why they put us at the bottom of the list because I wouldn't spend that much to put in a pool. We went with another company. Who met every single criteria and listened to us!

Presidential Pools just finished up our new pool and it is beautiful! Started in March and finished the last day of May. 1-1/2 months earlier than promised. Carlo did a fantastic job working with us to get everything we wanted and was really helpful laying out the design. Shane was our project manager and he was the best! Always showed up when he said he would and was always friendly and professional. Always answer the phone when I called and responded to text messages within 15-20 minutes. He always showed up right after each phase of the project to make sure it was done correctly and that the workers had cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend Presidential Pools to anyone looking to get a new pool installed. I would hire them again if we ever move and need a pool built. It was a great experience and the results were fantastic.

i'm going to rate this company a 3. I will start by saying our pool turned out beautiful!they came to do the final walk-through so to speak regarding the completion of our pool, and my husband rated the project manager it as "good" saying that ultimately, he was better to deal with in person as opposed to via email or text. The project manager, shane, well I'm just gonna throw it out there is a little bit of a "a-hole" via text and emails, it's more important to him to show authority and to displace blame as opposed to "what can I do to help the customer." Again to stress that our the pool turned out just absolutely beautiful. they broke ground the first week of January and today was the final walk-through of everything being done. The main thing that we had to do was really keep on them. After they poured the cement/shock creek, or whatever it was that needed to sit for seven days before they could do whatever they need to do next, instead of putting us on the calendar for seven days out, they put us on the calendar for three weeks out. Had my husband not reached out to them to ask, when they were showing up next, we would've been sitting for three weeks, they moved us up and said they didn't know why they put us three weeks out. Some days their work didn't start until 11:30 in the morning and they would work a few hours and then be done. one day we asked what time should we be concerned if they don't show up because it was 11 o'clock that morning and still no one had shown, and we were told that if no one shows up by 4 PM to call them. When the end of the day is 5 PM. Nice. Another day, there were two workers out there, I'm assuming the younger one was, perhaps the son, who decided to sit back on our patio furniture and take a nap for a while. I would have to go out frequently and pick up the garbage that was left in my yard of empty orange juice bottles empty water bottles and energy, drink bottles. at one point we asked when someone was going to come back, at least straighten our yard out because it looked like several bombs went off in our backyard, with piles of dirt and trenches left open, and out front along the driveway and sidewalk were two child swimming pools that were left for about 3 weeks after use they are used for leftover cement or water to rinse out into. Once we texted a photo of the yard and asked when the mess was going to be cleaned up, they came back the next day to clean it up. granted we live in a pool lot and we live in a Pulte home whereas the builder put the gate on backwards but still level however when the pool tractor literally pulled the gate out of the cement post, and they put it back up to where it barely latches bc they jerryrigged it and it isn't level we were told that we needed to take it up with Pulte instead of them. Pulte, granted the gate was backwards, did not rip it out of the cement block, they did.I guess my overall complaint is the fact that we really had to continually check in and ask when things are going to get done and when are they going to show up next? and then more often than not, the response that we would get back from the project manager would be A LOT different that when we dealt with him in person.... granted some people just don't realize how they come across in emails and texts, other times, I think he knew exactly how he was coming across. My advice to him would be, learn how to communicate appropriately and effectively with customers.BTW,Carlos was just fine to deal with.would we go with Presidential again, depends on if got the same project manager. A good project manager manages the project very well. That includes managing the people, managing the schedule, and getting it all wrapped up Nice and neatly, ie managed well. That didn't happen here.maybe something was going on in his life, then be forthright, and admit it, and ask for help. Maybe he just had too much on his plate, but nothing, nothing is a good excuse for poor communication skills. not to mention, whenever I would text shane, he never responded to me, I thought, perhaps I had the wrong number so I checked with my husband, I had the correct number he just would never respond to me.

The entire process of getting our pool done through this company has been a nightmare. They subcontracted every service out to random individuals. First, we were charged for a hard dig (an additional $5k) but they didn't bring out any special equipment for the 'hard dig'. Next, once they poured the concrete, it was immediately obvious that it had been a bad batch of concrete. There were cracks EVERYWHERE. We told them we wanted it redone and they sent someone out a week later to 'patch' all 80+ cracks. After calling and emailing about how unhappy we were, they hired a company to come remove the concrete so it could be redone. The company they hired put two holes in the side of our house with the machines they were using and then tried to patch them without our knowledge. Getting presidential pools to pay for the damage was like pulling teeth. It took seven months to see a check from them. The fence they put in was damaged and needs to be painted in some areas and there is an area where my son can crawl underneath. He's two years old and can't swim yet, so we had to patch it ourselves with a temporary fix until the company sends someone out to fix it. We have been trying to get this done for months now. Their were and still are repairs that need to be completed that have been taking an extremely long time. It seems like now that they have our money, they don't care to fix anything. It has been a disappointing process from the start. For a $75k+ pool, you would think they would be eager to help us, but apparently that is wishful thinking in todays society. The pool is beautiful, but we had so many problems with the managers, company and contractors that we would not do it again or recommend it to anyone.

So Prepare for headache after headache. our original pool price was around 60k our sales guy told us to bank 3k incase of a hard dig but not to worry as the 6 other neighbors that built a pool with them didn't have a hard dig. I was going to back out of building the pool at the sound of extra money on top of the 60k already. I walked the yard with the project manager removed all trees in the way that they requested to prep for dig day. Dig day comes the excavator crew shows up and digs 3 random holes in my yard as if they were looking for any reason to call this a hard dig after about an hour and a half they try leaving with out saying anything. I asked him what's going on and the guy replied this is a hard dig we are leaving the project manager Shane will call you. So a couple hours later he calls telling me I needed to get him a check for over 5300 more for this so called hard dig. I simply asked how did you come up with that number no one has been here and that is double the price I was told to plan for in the event we would need it as i could not request more from a loan that had already funded. He got short with me and said Its up to me if I pay it or not that they could simply put my wall back up and pull out. I asked what about the damage to my yard and the 3 holes he said the damage was my problem and the holes would be back filled and i would forfeit my 7k already down. I told him the dig crew hauled off all the dirt to use on another job how was he planning on back filling and all i got was they should have plenty of dirt to backfill if thats what I want. So I called my sales guy whom i have known for years and asked him why I was being strong armed and he told me that the sub contractor that they are using is notorious for this kind of thing when they are slow they will make money as they see fit. so fast forward to Monday the excavators are in my yard again digging away with out me approving any work order to pay extra so i set a camera up in the window these guys dug no problem at all for 4-5 hours it was not until my toddler pulled on the blinds that they saw the camera recording them all of the sudden they stopped went and got a jack jammer off of the truck and used it for about 30 minutes. After they were made aware that we had an issue with the price they started being disrespectful intentionally tearing up my yard with the bob cat spinning circles in the yard, riding wheelies down the side yard to further destroy what they could this was witnessed by my neighbor as well as my mom on multiple instances. they ran over the a\c pad and cracked it as well as ripping out an extra tree and throwing in in a trash pile without consent. At this point I went and got the boss of my project manager Shane i believe his name was Chris, he came to the house to look at the damages that were caused at the time he told me we don't normally cover these damages but given the circumstances that they would. we also discovered that they had dug the pool wrong and now a rebar beam was going to have to be constructed and extra concrete was going to be needed as well because the first 6 feet of the pool was to be a baja (only 2 ft deep) and they dug right through it. The plumber was fired off of the job as he didn't know what he was doing apparently the normal plumber they use was not available so this brain surgeon was called in. He also drove his box truck up in the yard running over my water main crushing the encasing of it and then of course leaving it with out saying anything to anyone again I have cameras on my house so it was easy to see what happened. Fast forward 4 months now the pool is finally done I have replanted my trees and begun working on all the damage landscaping in the back yard so I requested that they pay for my trees to be replaced and my a\c pad to be fixed as agreed too previously and the project manager Shane tells me that they wont cover it that its on me and I signed paper work agreeing fix any damages in the yard on my own. I have waited close to a year to put this review out to be seen as I gave them the chance to make things right. THEY HAVE NOT!!!
