Prescription Lab Compounding Pharmacy

I dunno, I want to like this place because it's a really essential service they provide, but they have fallen kinda short for my family. First, they took over a week to fill a script after many calls for status updates. They were not very nice or apologetic about it. Then, that same script came with a syringe that had some kind of oily substance all over it. I was worried it could've been another drug or something, because the bottle itself was closed and clean. Now for our next script of a different medication, they were much more timely, but we called and had a question about it. They answered the question, but I didn't feel like I was doing anything but irritating her and wasting her time. The place was also far too busy, with too many people crowded around and giving next to no personal space during a pandemic. They should be monitoring this somehow -- it doesn't seem like it would be all that difficult.There aren't many options in town, so I guess I have to keep using this location, but I'm not really thrilled about it. It's not terrible either, just not great.

I love the app that allows me to reorder any time I need to. The will also mail my prescription to me if I can't get out to pick it up. If you need a compounding pharmacy, this is the place to go!

Responsive, answers emails. I had a problem with my NASAL Ketamine crystallizing, and the sprayer not working, and they fixed prob by a later discount, and gave me a new sprayer.That sprayer also stopped working, I emailed, and a few hour late they called me apologizing, saying they had a new batch, and will send me two of them . Wish more businesses were like this.

I first found out about this compounding pharmacy from my vet. I needed a specific dose of a medicine and she thought having it flavored to taste like fish would make it more palatable for our kitty. She was right.Just recently I got a special prescription for a liquid form of a medicine since giving a cat a pill can be quite a challenge! We appreciate the special service in veterinary medicines they provide.They have a great website that explains more of their mission and products and consultations that are offered.

Not helpful hours and snarky people. Came to pick up a prescription 3 days after dropping it off. Got yelled at for not calling first, it wasn't ready. Next time I called, got yelled at for calling. Of course it's ready!!!Today I took in a dispenser broken after a week. First they accused me of breaking into it. Then, of causing it to break by taking it on a plane (I guess I should have made it walk). Then the pharmacist came out to grill me about what I had done to break it, staring at me, what, like she knows I'm lying and just waiting for me to admit it What difference could it make, just fix it.

This place rocks! They have a product for everything above and beyond and Chris is always there to share her knowledge. I have "meh" skin since I was a kid, I bought Herpanicine (a combo of Vitamins and a proprietary blend) I am beyond grateful to have had that suggested to me. Nothing has worked until now, you just have to know the right people in town to ask!! My Dr's always put me on antibiotics.. even diuretics! Now I am able to go all natural... what a blessing!They place special orders if they do not carry it in store. I am always grateful for the information they can provide. I believe that this is the best pharmacy in town, stop by and check it out!In regards to the negative comments I have read, I think that has to come with a grain of salt. Pharmacy is more complicated than just the product you have made for you. There is a LOT that goes on in the background! --Just considering all sides.

I work in pharmacy industry and I have to admit this team is awesome at what they do. They have provided A+ services, they have great committment and follow up on a number of occasions filling compounded medications for my pets. They always provide reminder counseling on medications and call a few days later just to make sure that everything is going ok.

Be careful, I am a 1o year customer and recenty had a problem with compound I purchase from them being compromised from a sterility standpoint. Their pharmacist, Lisa Heller was defensive and accussed me of inserting a needle into the bottle that had been taintied with a nother compound. I don't use other Compounds and was simply seeking help as to what may have caused the problem. Lisa was nasty and offensive to me and refused to help. They may have quality problems and are unwilling to investigate. The definitley have customer service quality problems. I'll take my business to Acacia. John R.

I purchased an over the counter supplement and discussed my inability to swallow large pills . No one there knew the size of these pills so I did not know if I could take them. I couldn't swallow them. They now have a new policy and will not allow returns as they had previously done. I've talked to them twice about this problem. They will not take a return . So much for a company that says it is their mission to help people with taking their medications.

I honestly had never used a compounding pharmacy until a year ago. I was skeptical and I had many reservations. She then got in contact with my physician and recommended a bio-identical estrogen and progesterone therapy that has worked wonders for me! It was so easy, they basically did everything for me. Since my first visit- I couldn't be happier!!! I feel and look younger, my husband finds me more attractive (and pleasant to be around), AND I FEEL PHENOMENAL!!! I cannot believe I waited so long to get my hormones in check, and wish that I had done it sooner!!! 5 stars! The staff is friendly, the service is amazing, and moderately priced.
