This is the nicest indoor park I've ever been to! We were visiting from Denver and stumbled upon this gem. This park allows skateboards, BMX bikes, scooters, and quad skates. We have a problem in Denver where certain indoor skate parks gatekeep what you can ride. There are ramps and rails of all sizes (big to small) and a special section for street skating. We saw all ages here! There were kids younger than 10 shredding on scooters and bikes as well as older adults skating. Everyone was super cool about taking turns and encouraging each other to try new tricks! The staff working the front counter were very friendly and accommodating. They had restrooms on premises as well as a vending machine with snacks and drinks. There are also video cameras to allow staff to monitor everyone in the park from the front desk. Even though the park is all ages, I felt like this would be a safe place to drop off tweens and youngsters. I didn't skate but came with my partner. I wasn't charged an admission fee as an observer, just FYI. There are plenty of benches/areas for observers to sit while being out of the way of the skaters. Masks are not enforced in the park but there was good ventilation in the park and room to social distance. They had an area on the first floor near the restroom that was gated but open air to allow ventilation from outside. Be aware the park may be chilly or hot depending on the weather. Dress accordingly!

Premises is an awesome park, regardless of what you're skating. The managers/owners up front are very friendly and nice. I started following Premises on Instagram before I ever went into the park, as I was nervous about going in. I reached out through DMs to ask if aggressive quad skaters (roller skates) are welcome as I only ever see them post about BMX and scooter riders. They were very friendly and assured me all are welcome, so I decided to go in.The park itself is massive! There's lots of room for everyone. I've been a handful of times now, and have never had a problem with anyone there being rude or anything like that. The upstairs is where they have their new street section. Up there, the ramps are made of concrete, and there are some ledges, mini stairs, curbs, rails etc. The downstairs has a bunch of huge wood ramps, good for launching off of. Most of the ramps on the downstairs section don't have coping. Most of them are also pretty steep, high ramps so not great for beginners -- definitely get some experience skating before you go! From what I know, the history behind Premises is that the owner is a BMX rider, and was tired of not being allowed into public skateparks, so he built Premises. Keeping that in mind, you can tell that the san a traditional skatepark for skateboarders looks like. Doesn't mean, it's not good for other types of skatepark goers though!

Best environmental impact for me at this time. I am a bit overweight and I am barely starting off on my full sized board at the age of 25 but the staff is awesome and very helpful to my needs and the people that come to escape here and get their adrenaline fix pumping and thriving is amazing. I am constantly falling to the floor and these young kids probably ages from 8 to 15 years old are giving me support. It's an awesome feeling!

The fella working the counter was extremely accommodating however the did not carry shoes. That just and FYI for shoppers. Great assortment of skateboard/BMX/scooter products... just no kicks. Next time I'll have shoes to enjoy the park.

Like most families, as the weather heats up in Tucson, we struggle to find activities to burn of energy. If you haven't checked out Premises Park in Tucson, I highly recommend it - it's a hidden gem! It's an indoor, climate controlled skatepark for all ages and abilities that is clean (for a skate park) and well lit. Bikes, scooters, and skateboards are welcome. We even saw preschoolers on scoot bikes. Lessons are very reasonably priced. Helmets are required. There is a nice elevated area with seating for parents to watch.

Not one to write reviews, but as a parent researching this place before taking our 13 year old (with very little skateboarding experience), a review would have been helpful. I called in advance and the front desk made me feel comfortable, explaining the waiver and saying they accept all skill-sets. Upon arrival, again, the young gentleman working the check-in desk was friendly and helpful. The place at first is a little intimidating. Mostly BMX bikes and only 1 or 2 other skateboards, going every which way on the ramps. However, once our son was in there, it wasn't so bad. The other kids were very observant of whose turn is next and friendly. He went in by himself not knowing anyone, within 5 minutes he fit right in. I was impressed with the manners of the boys at the park. Well done, Premises Park. We'll be back.

I love this place. I grew up in the Midwest, and had all indoor wooden skateparks. This place reminds me of home and is my second home now. Great variety of ramps from small to large, beginner to expert. All of the employees are kind and knowledgeable.

The ground was beaten up by the BMX bikes with cracks, holes, patches of wood that was messed up. The cement was slippery due to the rubber on the ground. It's a bike park. Not a skate park.Seven dollars an hour for a park they don't maintain. Absolutely crap.

Super great park and laid out well! The biggest pro to me is how dedicated they are to breaking down the barriers to get people in the park. They have a great rental shop so if your new to the skatepark or very experienced you'll be able to have fun. Very impressive how it's all wrapped up together.
