I live in Phoenix and I have been hunting for moths for a new Toyota Sienna. One day I decided to call other surrounding Toyota dealerships to see if I could locate one. I called Precision Toyota of Tucson and was lucky to have been connected with my sales representative, Nicholas. Nicholas found an incoming Sienna for me and I was able to put down a payment to reserve the vehicle ahead of delivery. Nicholas made car-purchasing easy from beginning to end. He was wonderful about communicating both through text and phone calls. He laid everything out ahead of time so that I could be prepared for what to expect. I highly recommend this dealership and I really recommend working by with Nicholas....his is fantastic!!

Mechanic that disputed Toyota claim of extensive, $5200.00, damage and corrected issues encouraged me to get alignment checked. All this after Toyota Svc rep Richard Li said he could not complete. Big O alignment for $95.00 "no issues found". Good to go! Thanks Big O. I am not affiliated w any business.

I bought 4 runner in 22 and a new Camry in 23,Yesterday went in to buy two more vehicles. Evidently they must sell themselves yourselves. Staff was less than helpful and caring. It was less than a pleasurable experience. In fact, it was to the point of being rude so we went over to Lexus of Tucson and purchased a RX 350 instead of a Toyota

My review is now a 1 star after the updated response they gave me on my review. Please look at photo if you want first review. I bought my car after putting deposit. If you live in Tucson you get the opportunity to put a deposit on a car before arrives. I do believe even after buying process they do treat people differently. My boyfriend was able to use his Costco discount (because they don't take either of our company discounts right now) even though his car model was excluded. Yet my car was also excluded and I wasn't able to and they didn't make an exception or have an explanation of why he was able to use it but not me. Then finding out my car arrived same day because he had no clue it was even in transit (due to as he said computer glitch). Salesman also called me a month early saying my car is in, and to find out it was wrong customer is not the best training or key to detail. Also, did not like at the end of the pressure of putting 5 stars on their survey or else they fail. Then do your job and you probably wouldn't have had to ask that. Overall, what I learned and biggest take away is find someone experienced. Asked them the years they been there. The more experienced will have better knowledge and just better experience.I will say the service center where you get your parts is amazing and that deserves 5 stars. Easiest process and hassle free they even show you on screen what you'll purchase is case it's out of stock .

Carlos was a persistent but not pushy salesperson. The Finance process was ridiculously inefficient. I emailed all pertinent financial documentation hours before I went in to buy the car. Yet, they did not start any of the finance paperwork until after i signed their specific purchase contract. I will never go back to this dealership because my time was unimportant to them. To buy time, they give you a tour of the facility which only showed me that they spent too much on renovations and that they are aware that the paperwork process takes too long. The song and dance BS died decades ago. This dealership needs to up their game if they hope to compete. If you want to overpay for a car and waste your entire day waiting to sign the purchase/finance paperwork, then maybe this dealership will impress you.

The sales manager got me.He was talking about the 'extra fluff' that dealerships normally sell, extended warranties/gap insurance, etc... I explicitly stated that I DID NOT want one of the things that he was offering, but I did want some of the other options which he said was fine. He then said, verbatim, "I'll just discount this and give it to you", which any sane person would interpret as being free. Low and behold, it was not, and I shelled out an extra 1200 for something I thought was free, simply because I took him at this word and didn't check the paperwork throroughly enough.Extremely disappointed. Will not be shopping here again.

f I could give Precision Toyota of Tucson zero stars, I absolutely would. This dealership is the epitome of poor service, unprofessionalism, and shady practices. I had the misfortune of dealing with them recently, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business.First off, the sales staff is downright pushy and rude. They couldn't care less about what I needed and kept trying to upsell me on vehicles way out of my budget, even after I explicitly told them my price range. It was clear they were more interested in padding their commission than helping me find a car that fit my needs. The service department is just as bad, if not worse. They charged me for repairs I didn't authorize, and when I questioned the bill, they became defensive and dismissive. Not only was the work overpriced, but it was also poorly done - I had to take my car to another mechanic to fix the mess they made. The cherry on top was the complete lack of transparency. From misleading pricing to hidden fees, I felt like I was being scammed at every turn. The manager was unhelpful and condescending when I tried to address my concerns. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority here.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Precision Toyota of Tucson. There are plenty of other dealerships and service centers in the area that will treat you with respect and integrity - this is NOT one of them.

I travelled all the way to Tucson from Scottsdale only to find out the Camry I was trying buy was sold last night. I was in communication with customer service from Thursday evening until the Saturday morning. No one told me the car was sold Friday night. I have been in communication via email about my ETA as well on Friday night and early morning of Saturday. When I arrive at the dealership at about 11 AM I was told the car was sold last night. The salesman and sales lady manager said they will look for an alternative car. I specifically mentioned my budget, but the car they offered me are more expensive. I am very disappointed. The consumers are not protected on this kind of situations. Please be careful when dealing with Precision Toyota Sales.

Renter Beware! We took our 6month old car in 3 times to service before they actually fixed the issue with our new car. We insisted that they give us a rental car which after the 3rd time in the shop they gave us one. My husband walked the vehicle to inspect, HOWEVER he did not open every door, or the the rear hatch. We went to open the rear hatch 2 days later and it did not work! We had to manually lift the hatch. Upon return we notified Toyota that the rear hatch did not work. 31 hours later we received a call stating we needed to pay for the damage done to the vehicle and sent us a picture of two small scratches that they said caused the misalignment of the rear hatch! The small scratches were buffed out and based on the photos were not there prior to rental so I understand that I am responsible However the hatch never worked. It was 2 days before we noticed and I did not take it back to the dealership as it is 40 minutes from my homeAfter several emails and calls with David from rentals suddenly the shop was able to fix the hatch and charged us 328.00Make sure when you rent a car from these crooks that you video the entire vehicle , open every door and hatch before you drive off. They lost our business for good!

I spoke with service manager Shawn at Precision Toyota, who let me know they are ordering a new head unit and installing for free and also giving me a free rental car for the day. Hopefully, I can acquire the extended warranty due to 2nd battery and electrical problems in 3 years. So, I picked up my car from Precision Toyota, which cost me $175.00 and 1 day to change a battery of which I got 50% off. Then, they tried to tell me I needed a new head unit, which cost $2,000.00. We'll, I came home called another Desert Toyota, Terry, service manager who said let's try a hard reboot. Guess what it worked.
