Took a gas hedge trimmer that needed some repair. They were able to repair it on the spot. I was told it would take about an hour. Went and ran some errands. It was ready in an hour. Tech was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I'll bring back small engine repairs here again

Horrible service. I have been coming in this company for over two years and haven't been happy with them at all the only problem is there's not many people in town that can fix power washers. Every time they want to charge $200 to service the machine when it's probably just something real simple such as changing a spark plug. Every spark plug takes a different size wrench and I do a lot of stuff but changing spark plugs just isn't something I care to do. I explained to this guy that I didn't want to pay $200 to have a $500 power washer serviced when I'm pretty sure it's just a spark plug and asked him if they could help me out but just change out the spark plug obviously I would pay for this service. He said no I need to pay $40 deposit and then i'm almost 100% guaranteed he's gonna call back and tell me it's gonna cost $190 like usual to service this machine which is probably just the spark plug. I put up with this nonsense service for two years and finally I'm gonna let them have it you can take this one star review and maybe you'll take some change from it or maybe I'll just keep robbing the poor people of Tucson.

Read lots of bad reviews from several years ago. Decided to give them a shot anyway. We'll, whatever customer service issues they had in the past are gone. Friendly, fast service. I'll be back.

took my D R mower in for some work . Service was great . customer service was great. had mower back in 2 days.

First I'll take my chainsaw that I inherited from my grandmother it's $40 deposit to get them looked at so they call me back a week later and say it be $100 to fix both of them I bring them the chainsaws intact so when I go to pick up the chainsaws knowing that they want can't be repaired they bring them to me in pieces and say the reason why they did not put it back together it's because it costs more man hours for putting back together first off if I take something apart and put it back together no matter if it is mine or not mine that's just the way I was brought up so if anybody wants to do business with these people just know they're only out for themselves and not for the little man only the big man and I was even thinking about buying a chainsaw from them not now

Prompt, efficient service and a thorough job at a reasonable price to tune up my 2kW Yamaha generator. Very happy with their work and communication.

Have been coming since they opened and it seems like now the people get lazier and lazier if a place of business is going to close at 4 i expect them to close at 4 not 15 minutes early. Who ever has the blue chevy Silverado closed 15 minutes early i spend probably 1000 bucks a month there and now thanks to that service ill be never coming back and telling all my landscaping friends where not to go. NEVER COME HERE THEY CLOSE WHENEVER THEY WANT. Lol

I had takeb a generator to Precision Outdoor Power to have repair along with two other generators. living off the grid we sometimes depend on (back up ) power and my wife fires her kiln with a generator . i left repair manuals with diag capabilities and instructions on all 3 gen,s. I had stressed the fact that the 7000 was to be diagnosed first because that,s the one I need first. one week later they call and the 3000 is ready to go ??? WTF . I said great what about the 7000? Oh we havent looked at it yet. so i reiterated the fact ( the 7000 i need first ) and the gentleman said ok he would transfer the Message right away. two weeks later i get a call the 17500 they cannot figure out ? so i say ok what about the 7000 Oh thats next SUPRISE its the only one left ! then 3 weeks later I call and they say that they replaced the voltage regulator and the control board and brushes ??? all things i replaced and told them and noted on first list I gave them , i expressed My concerns to the manager and He told Me very rude like to come and get My generators so I did When I got there a TWO HOUR DRIVE the manager told me that I could not have My 7000 generator with out paying $700.00 dollars for the parts they put on it and I said that they should have given Me a call before spending any Money or replacing parts without My knowledge . So DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Precision Outdoor Power in Tucson az. These People are Incredibly inept at there Job and a RIP OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!RIP OFFRIP OFF RIP OFF I would give them A Negative 5 If I could !!

I have been going here for over 25 years, in the last 2 year gone down. Service is crap. Had my truecut reel mower in for a sharpen. Was not adjusted right way too tight. Ask for a drive chain sold me the wrong chain. Took them 55 minutes to get the mower out of the back . Mower was there for a month. SERVICE SUCKS. EQUIPMENT IS OVER PRICED.
