I had a good experience with Mike, he was nice. However since getting my car back (for which repairs were $2,000) the same code appeared and I went back to see and they turned the check engine light off and said it shouldn't be on and to call again if it comes back on. Well, it won't come back on because the car doesn't even start. I feel they missed something or didn't know. After a new alternator, new starter and fuse box-you would think the car would at least turn on??

We are the proud owners of a new to us Honda CR-V. I just wanted to give a shout out to Tim, office manager and his willingness to take us for a test drive as I was unfamiliar with the area. He was awesome! Dawn took care of all the paperwork, was informative, efficient and very professional in her mannerism and very easy to work with. I had just come home from a trip on gravel roads in the Chiricahua. My splash pan had come loose. I made an appointment to get an estimate for the cost of a new splash pan. The technicians on staff took a look and was able to reattach my old splash pan at no charge! All in a matter of 30 minutes or perhaps less. They have a customer in me for life! So honest and kind and trustworthy. I am new to town and I was looking for a place to take my Honda. I'm so happy I found this business --they have definitely earned my future loyalty. Everyone was very professional and polite, both on the phone and in person. Great business!

This company is friendly, timely and very professional in the services provided. If something comes up during an oil change that needs to be addressed they always double check that I want to do the extra service and let me know the exact costs. This review is long overdue as I've been going to Precision since 2016. I'm surprised to see some poor reviews but what can you do. I was referred to Precision by my landlord at the time as my car was overheating and I had just moved to Tucson. They were able to identify the issue, recall of the engine, and get me connected to the dealership to have the engine replaced. Since then I've gotten all my routine maintenance and surprise issues, like when my starter failed, at Precision. I bought a new car and decided to stick with Honda so that I would have a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, which unfortunately is hard to come by. I am so thankful they're here in town and I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with a Honda or Acura.

I've been taking my Hondas to Precision since 1993 and always have found them knowledgeable and able to solve car issues that dealer service centers could not. Plus they solve problems at a reasonable cost. Recently I had several questions about a new Honda Civic that I am considering purchasing. "Check engine" light came on -- PANIC! Called Precision and was advised to tighten the gas cap as I had refilled 48 hours earlier. The exceptionally helpful service man patiently explained how an air leak could have caused the warning light and said it might turn off after several starts and stops -- if not, call back. The experiment did not produce the desired result so I took the car in. They made time to do an analysis and it did indicate an air leak problem, but the light went off and I was advised to come in for a new gas cap if the problem recurred. No charge! This granny who knows nothing about cars and has very little common sense won't go anywhere else for service on my car: the guys are always extremely courteous and helpful. recommended to all my friends and they have been similarly impressed. precision is the GOAT!
