We use Power Property for all of our properties and couldn't be happier! For years we tried on our own to rent them out & it was ok, but tough. Family run business, Marsha & Eddie are amazing, Makaylee too! They always willing to work with us on our particulars which there are always at least a short list of.

This was the worst managed property I have ever used in the last 50yrs. They pushed into a bad area of tucson, even though they knew I was unfamiliar with the area. Moving from Avondale. It took 18months to get Heater A.C. finally fixed. Windows and screens hadn't been cleaned in years. Broken water pipes, frig, electric. Everything that could be broken, was, and took months to rectify. When i couldn't take it anymore and moved for my safety. They Charged me for carpet clesning, even though it was cleaned. Same for yard. Be careful

I rented from Power Property in 2013-2014 for 10 months. I wanted to write this review because I had an overall good experience - in contrast to the other reviews. PROS: Janice was the agent who showed me the property and she was kind and helpful answering my questions. The unit was freshly painted when I moved in and the carpets had been cleaned. I am picky, but this apartment was CLEAN. I paid rent online through their website (an automatic withdraw) and never had any problems. I had two plumbing issues while I lived there. On each occasion I reported the problem to the office, they called the maintenance man immediately, and the issues were fixed within 48 hrs (at no cost to me). I ended up breaking my lease to move to Chicago for a job, and Janice and Marcia helped me advertise for a new tenant to take over my lease. Upon move-out, I left the place immaculate and was not charged a single fee. I got my full deposit back on time and without hassle (despite breaking my lease--since another tenant took over).CONS: While I WOULD rent from Power Property again, I docked two stars because: (1) While I lived there, I worked 3rd shift and one morning about 9am I was awoken by a man removing the screen from my bedroom window--while the window was open. As a woman living alone, it completely freaked me out. I later found out this was the owner of the complex, but no one called me beforehand and I was flabbergasted that a screen would be removed from an open window. The screen was never replaced. I'm glad I was home and could shut and lock the window. The larger issue is that I would have appreciated a call letting me know, so that I wouldn't have had a moment of sleepy panic thinking a rapist-murderer was breaking in through my bedroom window.(2) While I lived there, the AC went out in July. It took 10 days to get a new AC during which time I lived at a friend's house (it was over 100 degrees in my apartment). I will say, however, that it probably just took that long to book a repairman since it was a heat wave. In my experience, Power Property is an honest rental management company and I would rent with them again (despite the weird window screen incident). Janice and Marcia were easy to work with and were helpful on the 3 occasions I had a maintenance request.
