Posada Del Rio

I was amazed when I began looking at apartments here. The reviews were outstanding, office staff is very friendly, nice upgrades being done, and a reasonable price. This has turned into my own version of a housing nightmare. My upstairs neighbors play the tv too loud. I tried approaching them once to turn it down and they did, for 30 minutes. Every day after the noise continued. Instead of approaching them directly, I used the broom knocking trick. The result? The neighbor screaming at me from the top of her balcony. All this information and more was given to management but that of course takes time. At the end of the day, anyone should look forward to going back home. With the exception of visiting my pet, I dread every second of it.*Update Below*My initial experience was terrible to say the least. Thanks to help from our manager Tina, the above has been resolved and was done so immediately. Both myself and my upstairs neighbor are still here but the noise is now manageable.I've upgraded to a three star because my apartment is fairly nice. Aside from a major kitchen upgrade, it is quiet beautiful and spacious.I didn't rate higher, although I could see how others would. My last apartment in another city was dead quiet. I lived there three years and never heard my neighbors new born baby. At Pasada, the walls are paper thin. To some this doesn't matter but I prefer a quieter home.

I have lived here peacefully for six years, have dealt with incompetent maintenance, year after year and FINALLY, after everything is in order and fixed, I've have been informed that they are not renewing my lease, without explanation.

Help me find a new Apartment. At Posada del Rio I have had at least 8 water leaks. One from my water heater, 2 from my neighbors water heater, 1 from upstairs sink running over, 1 from upstairs plumbing, 3 from my AC running over (ruining my clothes). I am tired of it. I spend my spare time cleaning, mopping and missing work. I think it's time to get it mold tested. Noisy neighbors, sleep is constantly interrupted. Busy Speedway and was in a car accident trying to getting into the driveway. Totaled my car. We had a problem of sewer backing up which has been fixed. Can you top this one - Upstairs neighbor cleaning gun, it discharged through the floor missing me by 4 inches! No restitution for any inconvenience. Tina & Shane are super nice but have their hands full.

Very quiet, clean, friendly and the management is seriously the best here which makes a world of a difference. Thank you Tina and Shane for your excellent hard work, you guys are appreciated!! The past 7 months have been great here!

I do not live here, and unfortunately probably won't because they are occupied with a wait list but when my boyfriend and I went into look we were greeted by Shane who was super informative, polite, & kind. The property is beautiful, and well priced apartments.

We lived here for about nine months, and can't say enough good things about it. We were impressed with Posada from the get-go; the apartments are nice, have laundry in-unit, and don't run too high of a power bill (for four people, we ran $110 at most). They have a small yard if you live on the first floor.Tina and Shane are amazingly on it. The place stayed 99 percent full for most of the time we were there, and part of it is because Tina and Shane do all they can to make you feel at home. Todd and Jose are fantastic maintenance men who are on it.The fitness area was updated a few months ago and the pool/hot tub area is nice. There are gas grill areas for barbecues, and lots of trees and shade. It's also gated and feels secure.This was the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

I've lived here almost two years, I started in the smaller one bedroom and transferred after a year to the larger one bedroom. When I originally moved into the apartments they were owned by HSL. The man who i signed my lease with was kind of a skeeze and made me uncomfortable, however after the apartments where purchased from HSL and he was let go. When the new owners took over they made changed almost on day one! It was great, they painted, fixed the landscaping, upgraded the fencing and are currently upgrading the office I believe?I love the staff, Tina and Shane are so sweet and helpful, anytime I've ever called they usually get there the same day to fix whatever is it. I haven;t had many issues at all, mostly little things like a unhinged drawer in my kitchen that I was not able to fix.I like that they allowed me to paint, I painted three walls in my first apartment, one dark blue, one maroon and one grey and Ive also painted in my new apartment (purple green and blue) I haven't met too many of my neighbors, but those I have met are all very friendly. I had one negative experience last year when I had an outdoor cat who was causing problems, but that's nothing to do with the apartments and more to do with my cat peeing on peoples door (cat no longer does this..just fyi)I DO have to say if you are thinking of moving in and debating between the two one bedrooms, I totally suggest getting the bigger one. The difference in space feels amazing! (I think its around 200sqft? I am not positive, sorry) TL;DR This place is great, Ocotollo is the best floor plan, you should live here! :)

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the complex or the staff at Posada Del Rio.Maintenance is always on top of things and are very friendly whenever they come by to fix whatever problem. Shane and Tina have been incredible in answering our questions and just being there when we need them. We feel very comfortable in bothering them anytime because we know they will be available for us. Anytime we stop by the office, Shane is up for a conversation and it's always nice to stop by and chat with him (so long as he's not busy!) Shane's outgoing and friendly personality drew us in immediately. I would highly recommend living at Posada del Rio; not just for it's staff but also for its upkeep, fact that it's gated in and is very quiet.

Overall nice place. But they need to hire new maintenance people they do really shitty work.

Hands down the best apartments in Tucson the workers actually care about the residents. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The gym and club house are nice. Maintenance gets things done fast and right. Iv have lived here three years and it's been the best.
