Our go-to fast food fried chicken joint. Usually take out. Can usually find a deal or coupon on line. Like the meals that include sides and biscuits. Sides are OK. Those biscuits are tempting little calorie bombs even without butter, jam or honey, chicken coating is crispy and flavorful. Chicken is not greasy. I like the spicy. Decent bite. Yes, I know it's fast food, but hey! Gotta indulge sometimes.

Such elegant and crispy chicken there's is little to no fat under the skin but the prices are kind of high.

Another slip in quality and service at this Marana location! I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with a side of mashed potatoes/gravy. When my order came out it was with fries. I told the staff member I had asked for the mashed potatoes. She brought me the mashed potatoes and said I could keep the fries. The mashed potatoes were cold. My chicken sandwich was barely warm. The bun was super stale. The only good thing was the fries I didn't order. They were pippin hot. Over all a very mediocre meal. I hope the management will address the quality issue as I love Popeyes! However, if the quality slips any more I'll be forced to find somewhere else to get chicken.

Bought some chicken wings last night and the price is not worth the quality. Food was soggy and the size of chicken wasn't worth the price. This is the last time I'll becoming to this place.

WOW AMAZING!! best service ever hands down. the girls at the front were very kind and helpful. cleanest and fastest popeyes ever in the west!!!! LOVE that chicken from popeyes will def be back

Not a good experience. I ordered the 10 piece mild chicken meal for my family of 6. It came with the correct sides and biscuits, but not the chicken. They asked if they could substitute spicy for the breast pieces, since they were out of mild. I said that was ok. When I got home we had 9 pieces instead of 10, ALL were spicy and we got 4 wings, 3 legs and 2 breasts. Seriously? My kids couldn't eat it because it was too spicy for them and there wasn't enough for my family so I didn't eat. Spent over $28 for a meal where people can't count and can't give the right pieces or type of chicken? This shouldn't be so difficult. Popeyes, you lost a customer for life. This happens too muchVery disappointed. Another bad experience today. Tried to give them a second chance but it was not good. They don't repeat orders and my order was very wrong and then I i get attitude from the cashier when I bring it to her attention. I can't come to this no Popeyes ever again.

4-28-24 Sunday, wife twisted my arm to get some chicken so we picked up a 8 piece family with one large size of red beans and rice.Wow cant believe things could have gotten worse or stayed bad but they have.The chicken was ehh, very greasy plus the drumsticks were the size of baby chickens and the bitter sour tasting/smelling red beans got spit out and went straight to the trash.We've been off all seed oils like high refined veggie oils doing a keto/carnivore diet for several years and think they should offer chicken fried in lard because that poison oil grossed us out and left a awful taste in our mouths.At this point we are done with what was once our by far fav fried chicken especially the red beans and rice.When you have spoiled/soured red beans and rice for years you might as well close the doors before you make people sick or worse

Went back 3 years later and no different. The chicken sandwich was just ok and the boneless wings were overdone, and not good. There are a host of chicken places in Tucson now and it's time to try something new. You see these great looking things on TikTok and nothing is as it seems at all - none of the food YOU order, look like that.

Just fried chicken alone prices are hidden. You need to ask. The chicken is tasty but the chicken pieces are tiny. On the recipt it says there's a "free" 2 piece chicken offer - "free" - with order of large drink - if u go to their website and get a "validation code", but the val. code is not on their website. I like their recipe and it's not very greasy. I'd give them 5 stars if they sold decent sized pieces of fried chicken but they don't.

My review is merely a rehash of many of the one-star reviews over the past few years. I had missing food items from my order, and rude service from both the manager Adrinnaa, and counter staff. I'm surprised that a billion-dollar company like Restaurant Brand International would tolerate month after month of the same complaints and not do anything about this ? I think they are making so much money that they care little about one store in Arizona.Having some knowledge of the restaurant business The problem is middle management, who refuse to replace inept employees. After all, why create work for yourself? Better to have poorly trained employees and managers in the stores and lose those pesky customers.
