Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Love the food here but holy CRAP the service sells EVERY SINGLE TIME. I used to go pretty frequently, but it deadass takes the workers 10 years (30 minutes) to get your food. If you got time to kill then this is the place for you!! Also workers lowkey mean so ermm not sigma don't go if you don't feel like waiting #sold

We don't do a lot of fast food, but Popeyes makes a darn good spicy chicken sandwich. I had been out most of the day and the hub isn't a dinner maker, so I placed my order on Popeyes' app at 4:45 to pick it up at 5:30 at the drive through. Arrived at 5:30 and was the fourth car in line. When it was my turn at the speaker, I told the voice I was there to pick up my online order. I told him three times because he said he didn't understand. I gave up when the cars moved ahead in front of me. FIFTEEN minutes later I arrived at the window, somewhat disgruntled. I told the employee what I wanted to pick up and she told me I should have told the speaker and now pull up to the front while they prepared my order. Now I was definitely disgruntled. My order went in over an hour before and I asked why it wasn't ready. The woman had no answer and told me again to move ahead. I asked her just to put together the two sandwiches and I'd be on my way. She insisted I move up or they would call the police!! I pulled up and sat there for ten minutes or so. A kid from inside finally came out and said they weren't going to make my order and I should just leave. I argued that I had already paid for my food and he said I could get a refund through the app. Furious, I left. It's way too late to make a long story short (sorry), but when I got home I filed a form online, telling the whole thing. I received an automated response saying they'd get back to me within 48 hours. They didn't. However, the charge was removed from my Apple Pay. I will never go back to the Popeyes on 22nd and Kolb; haven't decided whether to try the new one on Tanque Verde and Grant or just blow them off entirely.

You know what you're getting with Popeyes as the chicken is concerned. But this specific location is incredible from the service aspect of things. I asked to speak with the manager to applaud the organization and teamwork within the location and spoke with a gentleman named Ronnie. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience and you can see that the employees follow his lead. If he was on the ballot I would vote Ronnie for president!

Blandest chicken I've ever had, too much breading and can't even taste any salt and pepper on it. Won't be going back.

I've consistently had great experiences at this Popeyes! The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the management has known me since I was younger. The chicken is consistently crispy, tasty, and served hot every time. I also receive more pieces of chicken than I actually order!

I was hopeful Popeyes chicken would be good because the closest KFC is a haul. Sadly, it was not. It was terrible. Way too much skin and breading, no meat, and no flavor. They forgot our biscuits. The mash potatoes were good. I will not repeat and will be making the trek to KFC for my occasional fix.

Slowest service EVER !!!!! Sat in drive thru for 10 mins to order. A car behind me and in front of me, when it's my turn we get told there's a 20 min wait on chicken. Had I known, I wouldn't have sat in drive thru. I worked at Popeyes when I was in high school, not that difficult to have one person taking order and one person making the orders. Lobby is closed so why is it so hard to move faster and have it flow better ?! Don't go here unless you have lots of time to sit around and wait.

Food service and ambiance were just terrible. If it was just once there might not be a problem. It was only 7:30 pm and the place is already in the mode to shut down. They are always out of chicken Really? The workers look stressed out ,the lobby, behind the counter are littered with trash. The order was incorrect. The staff needs appropriate training and a maybe just start at the top.

If you are wanting Popeyes go to a different store. This location has to be one of the most unprofessional locations I have ever been to and I have even tried to come back and give them a chance but no today was the last time I will ever come here. I ordered on the app and it says to wait to be told to come pick up so fine I waited when I was told to come I get here just to be told oh that order was already picked up so I need to contact whoever I work for.... I told them it's a personal order and I was told well you will need to wait until I am done with the orders that I placed my order at 2:30 it took over an hour to get my food and it was wrong when I get it. And then speaking with the people inside they were rude and were talking about me when I came in to have them fix it.... I WILL NEVER go back to this location ever again!

I hate this place when I hate order from the app or go store...I am always getting a sorry for this..... a sorry for that a employee told me...... sorry that we can't do our job right and we have alot of mistakes and the customers get mad ..so our boss tells us to give other items to make do ...because there always behind on orders and chicken products....so I lost 42 bucks yesterday for food that was not received.....this store needs to go away....put churches chicken they always have food and hardly no mistakes....the owners should be ashamed and embarrassed.......I know I would if I had a shitty store...
