The one thing that is consistent at this location is extremely poor customer service! I refuse to explain my most recent experience, as nothing will/has changed. It is absolutely ridiculous for the staff to be so very unprofessional. How many customer service complaints does it take before something is done? This location definitely needs immediate attention! Enter at your own risk!

the old bitter lady (you'll know who when you see her) I can't stand her. This is the second time we had to interact with her and it's ALWAYS a battle with the sauces. Can I just pay extra for extra ranch??? She only lets us get two sauces each. Sorry I didn't know you owned the store! Not to mention we got no straws for our frozen drinks.

Was stuck in drive thru for 20 minutes when the employees did jack all but do their job. Horrible staff and lazy management and filthy interior. When I received my sandwich it was cold disgusting and disappointing. Which perfectly describes this location.

All they have to do is count to five for a five piece tenders.... and they failed this evening. I received four. Being a drive through order the damage is hard to reverse from 10 miles and 30 minutes away. They are training the customers to give up on them. I regret my visit.

ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS! This location absolutely 100% could care less about dine in customers! They would rather lose a percentage of profits CATERING to door dash customers. Oh wait, they couldn't even handle those orders.Came in on a Friday night, 828 pm to be exact, 4 door dash drivers waiting on orders. Ask the girl at the counter e when they closed and she said 11, no problem with time. She informed us that they were OUT of chicken and it would be 10 minutes before more was ready. GREAT, we were eating in and fresh chicken sounded great so we placed our order. That is where EVERYTHING went down hill. 2 more door dash drivers, now a total of 6, drivers it's been 15 minutes and ZERO chicken has hit the pass. Another lady comes out and let's us know it will be another 4 minutes, no problem, it's now going on 19 minutes still no food. Went to the counter and the same girl that took our order said, "I'm sorry sir it will be another 4 minutes. Mean while there are now 8 door dash drivers starting to get their orders. So we are now at 25 minutes, still no food, door dash drivers getting their orders and heading out. Back to the counter at 30 minutes of waiting, same girl running the counter says "I'm sorry sir we only have 3 of your 4 pieces of chicken, more will be out in 4 minutes."This is when I informed her that I was a diabetic and needed to eat. Her smart ass response to me was "everyone needs to eat" as she turned her back to me. That is when I asked another lady to just refund my money as I was not going to be insulted by some teenage chicken monger. We left, traveled 15 minutes to ANOTHER Popeyes chicken that had a FULL pass of chicken and sides and a super friendly front counter girl, Who informed us that they don't have those issues as they do not serve delivery services. Maybe the Campbell location could take lessons from other Popeyes on what GREAT customer service really is. If you want to lose a percentage of your profits to delivery services and ALL of your profits from CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS who get their money back and walk out then take lessons from this location.

DRIVE THRU SERVICE; WATCH OUT!!!!! Popeye's on 3060 N Campbell Ave, Tucson, Arizona 85719: store number 122921: order 91, Dec 29, 2024: INSTEAD OF GETTING 4 BISCUITS; I ONLY GOT 2. I noticed it when I was already at home. I also remember I had to ask for my order-payment receipt. Please fix this kind of crucial customer service aspect problem you usually make. Thank you.

Stay away from this Popeyes on Campbell. Unfortunately I used the Drive-up. The employee was cross when I asked her about the sides. This was only my 2nd time trying Popeyes. Furthermore she sold me cold, dry, tough Chicken Tenders! What a disappointment. If I could give Popeyes zero stars, I would.I will not return to Popeyes again!

I ordered the six dollar meal. Suddenly, it became 699 and with tax it was 814 As far as I understand, it was supposed to have three pieces. It had two. Which was a dried out wing and the other was a chicken breast except the chicken breast. If you get this was sliced on top and half of the breast meat was removed and then the skin flap was put on top of it and fried.The chicken itself had been sitting there for so long. It wasn't moist. It was a hard brick. My side was macaroni and as you can see in the picture, it was half assed made to such a degree. The person didn't even swirl it around just flop the stuff in there so all the goop was on one side and all the fat was on the other.The coleslaw tasted like chemicals are bleach so I spit it out in the boxCame and demanded food or money while I was sitting there in the parking lot so I gave him the box and he said what's wrong with it and I said it tasted like shit. You can have the biscuit and what's left of it so he threw it on the ground . Set explicit to me and demanded money from me didn't reached in my car so I pinned his hand in my window until he told me he would just leave me alone and I drove offFor good, I'll never ever in my freaking life go to this dump scam artist piece of junk restaurant againI don't appreciate paying my hard earned money for sewer getting mugged in the parking lot or attempted mugging

They always "accidentally " forget items out your order happens too a lot of people , I've seen when I've dined in multiple times people come back or never leave because theirs missing items . Check yall orders !!! Definitely trying to finesse
