Just wow. I have never seen so much polyester and shein in one place. Astounding And ugly

Came in with a bin full of good clothes I thought for sure they would want based on what I saw on their site, they quoted me twenty minutes to look through it all, only to tell me after an hour of waiting that they want NONE of it. I had several pairs of Levi's jeans, tank tops, and new clothes that have never even been worn that are definitely in style. That was a total waste of my time.When I got home I opened the bin up and it doesn't even look like they looked through it at all. They maybe grabbed the first two things and then immediately put them back in and closed it up.

they have no clue what they are picking in the store. Looks like a Goodwill with 10 below goodwill quality. I submitted a very famous Cardi B outfit, which they separated and wanted to give me four dollars for one piece of it. Staff is extremely unknowledgeable offering me four dollars. I didn't take it a nd sold it on eBay for 390.00. they need someone who really knows clothing to bring this above goodwill level.

Idk why it has so many unfavorable reviews. I thought the prices were good, it was clean and well organized. My only issue was the workers had extreme attitudes. Like come on... you work at a second hand shop, no need to be rude.

I bought several cute tops there and i've loved them all and one had an original price for 100 something dollars and I got it for super cheap. this is a super good please to find cute clothes at not so high prices !

Junky gross clothing for sale and they look over clean fashionable items some brand new with tags- like they are unsellable to take in. No thanks. Tucson must have a better resale or consignment store.

My god this place is a joke..... I just wanted to see what i can get for these clothes that has EVERY TAG AND PRICE TAG besides 2 shirts & 1 pants. I watched the man grab a pair of pants from the top & DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT THE REST!!!!!! They said "we're very picky about what clothes we take" and took only 1 pair of pants that didnt even have the tag price tag was 205 and GUESS WHAT... THEY OFFERED 5.25$ I showed them 2 pairs of Niké (2 pants, 2 shirts) and they said "we do t accept niké" BIGGEST LIE OF THE YEAR!!! The girls are gossiping about other customers like they're peasants or something.Worst. Place. Ever.

Honestly, I was grossed out. The employees were wearing sports bras and were unkind. I could care less about my trades value but it was uncomfortable. Women should be comfortable in their own skin, however being damn near naked at work is not acceptable. The manager was there so she knows. Young adults should not be exposed to that vulgarity. Or prejudice.

07/25 3:09 the girls working today had very sour attitudes :( which is sad because I love Plato's closet and the environment is usually welcoming .. guess it was just an off day for them?? maybe next time try at least faking a smile! it helps

I wish the ladies working there were half as interested in doing their jobs as they are in gossiping
