Such a useless place! They positively pass through your items and don't even bother folding them back up after they rummage. They offer pennies even if they do choose an item or two. Such a waste of time! They bought 5 items from me for $11... They're kind, greet you when you walk in but that's about it.

Wow! What they can improve, I'm going to do a numbered list. 1. Interface with the customer. There is little engagement and staff does not seem to know answers to questions about policy. 2. They have decided not to do double points for having a Plato's closet bag. 3. When I checked in at the member points it said I had 20% off. Of which did not show up at the checkout 4. They showed I had no points at all, I have been gone for a while, but I had made purchases there before I left. This all makes me reluctant to sell to the store or even stop in.

Waited an hour for my buy to be processed, only had 10 items. All were rejected due to "style," however they were really high end brands like a FURLA handbag (NWT,) $350, Saint Laurent heels $800, one teaspoon denim $250, etc. These buyers are clearly not trained on what to buy! DO NOT WASTE your time selling here they only want Shein and Target Brands.

Would not recommend attempting to sell literally anything here. I've sold to Plato's countless times at other locations and know they don't give much per item but that honestly doesn't bother me and I've always had a good experience. Brought in a bin of name brand, gently used clothes that included multiple items they claim they're in need of at this location and was told it would be 45 mins- 1hr. I thought no problem I'll go get a coffee, kill 30 mins, and then come back in and shop until my clothes are ready. After spending over an hour back in the store I saw my name was finally at the top of the que. Within 5 mins I got the text that my clothes were ready, made my way to the register to pick them up, and was told they weren't going to buy a single thing. I was pretty annoyed that I had wasted 2 hours of my day at that point but decided to just smile, purchase the clothes I had in my hand, and leave. It took longer to check out my 7 items then was spent going through my bin of 30. Only to get home and find one of the security tags wasn't removed. Safe to say it was my first and last time visiting this location

I went to sell a few purses 3 days in row the 1 st day i was 3 minutes past the timethe sell counter closes,2nd day i was 10 min. Before sell counter closes and they wanted me to leave my stuff overnite b/c they did not have time to look at 3 pursrs before closing ! So 3rd day i go back 4 hours before they close snd they have close buy counter because they reached capacity?!? I just called them to make sure what time the buy counter closed and they said nothing about being near capacity or whatever Dont waste ur time or gas going here they dont buy much and do t have much selection...seems like they're gonna close store anyway. Waste of timeasked for a manager no manager present they said, and would not give even a 1st name of a Manager. Terrible uninterested workers act like they're all too busy to help u...when they just stand around behind the counter doing nothing syaring at the customers who are there...its a really strange vibe there anyway....really weird kinda creepy anyway.

I went in to Plato today to sell some better label clothing. Athleta, gap, vans, Kate spade, Polo etc. all in very clean condition. apparently the girls that are "buying" your clothes to sell in your store only target Junior High/high schoolers in mind in very small sizes. I had an hour to look around and saw the quality of clothes you offer and I wouldn't buy anything. I feel like you are missing a big group of consumers to buy and sell items in your store. Just one consumers opinion.

I love this place!! Super friendly staff. Sold some clothes and traded them for some new items in the store. They keep it very organized and have lots of great finds :)

First time in the store, very clean, very organized, staff was friendly, found some great deals. I'll be returning for sure!
