Our community this place manages has trash in common areas, overgrown weeds in common areas, doesn't respond to calls or emails for days. When they do respond, it's with all the pleasantries in the world yet nothing gets done to actually have our community look up kept. Which is rude and dismissive in my opinion. To add to the above, they have no issue sending letters advising the residents about a few weeds, or a tree not properly trimmed.... Which wouldn't bother me if they actually took care of their duties first. It's not difficult to hire a landscaping company and schedule regular maintenance and then, you know, check on it every few months to make sure it's done properly, or actually listen to the residents when they complain about trash overflowing the common bin by the playground for over a month. I'm not sure what they do, but I do know we pay enough per resident to have the garbage bins emptied weekly and the weeds/tree/trash cleaned at least every other week. The fact we don't is frustrating. The fact our calls and requests go unanswered is infuriating. Terrible.

1st of all, we almost went through the wrong door. We almost walked into the gym next door. Oooppppssss! Then, we walked into Platinum Management. The place looked very clean and professional. The secretary was very well mannered. Everything was "Yes, sir" and "No, sir." She called Dina, service with a smile. Dina gave us our pool keys and said, " If you need anything, don't hesitate." We needed a copy of our HOA in PDF. She sent it right away. Talk about professional services.

complete mismanagement and bozos, they don't return phone calls. The girls can't give you any information, just another flyby night lame property management company. I agree with the other reviews 100% as they are accurate this company sucks.

When I experienced an issue with my landscaping and couldn't get any support from customer service, I reached out to Platinum for help. But I was simply told they would not do anything because it "isn't an HOA" issue. Meanwhile, they have been content with sending me harassing letters about other "issues" with my home. Will not be buying any houses in the future that are associated with them in any way.

Unresponsive to inquiries, they do not return calls or emails. I took the time to show up at the business because my phone messages and emails went unanswered. Upon arrival I encountered two other people there actively confronting specific property managers about mismanagement issues. I had to wait in line to try to resolve my issue. This management company can hardly handle the volume of business they already have. Based on what I heard while I was waiting it seems they are nit managing that we'll either. Bottom line is that I would not hire them to manage anything. I found them to be slow to return messages. In my experience they have been slow to react to community emergencies and solve problems by sending in some poorly performing tradespeople to put a bandage on the problem.

I have been working with this HOA/property management company for my home for over 6 years now. I have yet to have one single positive experience interacting with people in their office. they are rude, have no customer service, slow to respond and difficult to work with when problems arise. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for effociently, friendly and quality services.

The neighborhood has taken a turn for the worse. Yards are I violation and they keep taking our money and not fixing the problems

The absolute WORST HOA Company. They sent my father wrongfully to collections without ever reaching out to rectify any payment issues. His payment was submitted online, and they reversed it without ever notifying us and sent the account to collections. I have been trying to get in contact to rectify the issue but no one is helping me. I spoke to Cyrstal their accounts POC and she was extremely rude and defensive stating she can't speak to me since the account went into collections. Firstly, it should have NEVER gone to collections, Secondly, they are charging me the lawyer fees and extra charges. Thirdly, they are thieves and stealing our money. I am in contact with our home builder to get this unprofessional company removed as our HOA. I have never experienced such disgusting rude people in my life. Anyone who has issues please take them to court.

Very unprofessional! Does not respond back to customers after leaving multiple voice mails. These people also must want to be cops without investigating. How can I receive a ticket for a car being parked in a no parking zone on my street when I have a 3 car garage, and ONLY ONE CAR! Ofcourse when I called no one returns my messages. What a WASTE!
