After ordering (and having really terrible luck and drivers) doordash Pita Jungle a few times we finally stopped in to try it in person. The space is open and bright - cute with holiday decor right now even. It was a slow time of day so staff were easily attentive but not hovering. The food was significantly better fresh- as is to be expected. But I also noticed dining in you actually get the side salad with your entree which never comes in delivery.I was disappointed to see a delivery driver picking up food and dining in with the food sitting there. I wish places would discourage this because while the driver is being fed the customers food is getting gross. Exactly my past experience. But the food was tasty and we will gladly eat in again. But I'll never get delivery.

My review is on customer service and how disappointed I am with my interactions with Paula. I placed an order online for delivery for a work event. I asked for a 12:00pm delivery. When I noticed the delivery status wasn't moving I called the driver to find out when they are. He explained that he has been waiting at the restaurant and the order hasn't been filled yet. This is already 12:20pm, 20 minutes late. I called the restaurant and Paula was so on the defense saying that they do not deliver and that I went through a 3rd party source and I need to connect with them. I was taken back by it and asked for a manager. Manager chimed in too and said nope not my responsibility and that they have given the order to another driver. Well neither uber eats or Pita Jungle cared to own the issue. After another call back to Paula she reluctantly called Uber to let them know that a driver picked up the food. I hope to see the refund on my card, someone needs to take responsibility it was a large order.

I bought two pita sandwiches (chicken shawarma and gyros) plus baba ganoosh, tzatziki and taboule as a takeout order. The food came out quickly and there were no mistakes in the order. The food ranged from good (baba ganoosh and tzatziki) to just OK (the taboule and the sandwiches).

We came here for dinner tonight and service was excellent. Friendly and fast.Unfortunately I was not a fan of the chicken in the Keto & Paleo Platter. It was really dry and extremely salty. What was supposed to be a healthy dish, didn't feel healthy anymore because of all the salt.I asked for the Botanist Martini not too sweet and LOVED it. I highly recommend getting this. The Mediterranean Mule tasted a bit flat and was just ok.

We went in for happy hour tapas and ordered the trio dip, garlic dip, tzatziki, falafel, lemon chicken, and slider. Everything was amazing except for the pita bread. The pita bread was extremely disappointing! It was as if it had come out of a bag that had been sitting open for several days. Considering that half of our food was for eating with pita bread it really brought down the experience. The staff were great.

Another disappointing visit to Pita Jungle. We had the same rude, unhappy server as the last time. We sat at the bar and some others came to also sit at the bar and she said to them "I told you not to sit here yet, we need to wipe it off". Yikes. My gyro was so stingy on the meat and fillings, I left still hungry. On the plus side, the patio was very nice today at lunch time.

Part of my salad series! I got the sizzling lentil salad with chicken and boy was it good! I got it to go which does take away from the presentation but it was still good regardless! The food is overall very healthy but yummy and full of flavor. That's what I like the most about places like pita jungle. I know I'm getting the best of both worlds!

First time trying this place out. They were not busy. Lots of available tables, since it was a Thursday night. But I noticed, this place has a lot of pick up's and to go orders. One person was working the floor, but she was able you handle it. Although she forgot to place our order, she admit to her fault and apologized. Even gave us a coupon for our next visit. I like the simplicity of the place. And love their food. I love Mediterranean food and I am glad there's a lot of good ones in town. The ONLY thing I didn't like about this place is, there's a stench of sewer inside. When you're eating good food and you smell it, that kinda ruin everything. Hopefully, management will fix that issue.

Ordered ahead by about an hour for pickup because I had a sick kid (who had to go with me)... and then had to wait for about 20 minutes at the restaurant because it wasn't done. The place wasn't really busy. Be careful about ordering online from here.
