Absolutely pitiful! This company should be ashamed of themselves for sending this trash to their costumers! Does this look like a satisfactory Christmas centerpiece? Seriously baby blue candles and pink ribbons?! Never order from this company! Btw this cost me $90.

Thank you, thank you, thank you my love and Pinkz floral design for this amazing bouquet! The flowers are so fragrant and beautiful and The came in such a pretty vase. It has been almost a week a later and the still look amazing. (See picture) I am so happy with the choice and the fact that it is a local business, not an 800. Looking forward to Valentine's Day!!!

My husband paid almost $100 for a surprise bouquet to be delivered. They sent trash flowers that were probably left over from other arrangements. The flowers were cut so short that they barely touched the water in the vase and were falling out of the arrangement. When I called, they told me to tell the delivery person to push them back in. Ridiculous - they were cut so short there is nothing anyone could do. I will ask my husband to file a complaint with Proflowers, which is the company that he ordered through.

[I wish I could give zero stars]...On a good note...For Valentine's day...if you want your flowers to be late, or not delivered, order them from this shop...If you want the love of your life to be disappointed by delivery incompetence, order your flowers from this shop....if you want to send "breakup flowers", this is definitely your flower shop!Should have a "zero stars" option...I ordered a birthday floral arrangement for my girlfriend via 1800flowers...I specified she worked at an elementary school and its location...10AM, I got a message stating the arrangement was being completed...then came noon, 2PM, 3PM...a call from my girlfriend...no flowers...4PM, 5PM, 6PM...finally, my girlfriend received a call...I called the number...it it was this floral company trying giving me lip service as to why the arrangement was not delivered. They asked for another location to send it to. I sent them my address. 7PM, 8PM...no gift. We NEVER GOT THE gift. AND the birthday surprised was ruined. I called the Credit Card company to tell them what happened. They graciously complied and credited my account.Never, never, never, never again will I EVER order from 1) 1800flowers and 2) Pinkz Floral Design.

Received flowers that my out of town friend ordered for my birthday. Horrible flowers - was supposed to be an African Violet - received some cut flowers (very cheap ones), greenery and some green plants. The cut flowers were dead the next day - no water in the vials they were in - and the greenery was just laid on the arrangement, so they were dead also. Ribbon looked like a 3 year old did the bow. Only one plant is still alive - after 5 days. My friend spent almost $100 on the arrangement - paid extra for the African Violet that wasn't even there! Horrible flowers - don't use this place unless you want to just throw away your money!

They delivered flowers for a funeral(delivered on the wrong day) with many of the flowers in the bouquet already withering at the time of the delivery. When contacted about the condition of the flowers, the response was that the person ordering should have ordered directly from the local florist rather than from the 800 number. The order was made from another state by people who don't know the local merchants, however, nothing excuses a business that won't stand behind their product. If second tier material used for an order because it wasn't ordered directly from the local business, then perhaps not partnering with a national enterprise would be the honest way of approaching their principles. Additionally, the employee contacted was exceptionally rude in emphasizing that the order should have been placed directly with the local florist, regardless of the fact that the ordering was from another state.

Cheap Shop! I ordered a $60 plant with a thank you balloon and my friend got a $15 flower with a heart balloon. Very disappointed. No resolution. When I called them to complain they told me to call the 800 number where I ordered the flowers. Useless! That did not do much so I am writing this review. Do yourself a favor go to another florist. This place has cheap arrangements!!!! No too happy with this situation, but if you can read this and not go to this shop I am feeling better already.

Horrible customer service!! Called the person who was expecting flowers to come meet them at an address in tucson cause they don't deliver to marana instead of calling the flower shop to have them re direct the delivery to a shop who does deliver to marana. Then told me it's not their responsibility to call the flower shop since I didn't pay them. Told me to have a nice day and hung up. When I ordered these flowers over a month ago and paid extra to be delivered to marana and before noon. Unacceptable

Don't do business with them!! Out of country family ordered two arrangements for family in Tucson and delivery was 1 day late (on one order) and not anywhere near the arrangements that were ordered. Tried to call there number and it has recording no answering set up for this number 520-849-5456. One delivery to gated community with guard and delivery person ran/drove through the gate, while guard was checking if anyone home. Then she left the arrangement on the door step for 4 hours in 104 degree heat (thus destroyed)

I don't recommend for wedding flowers. I emailed and confirmed my flowers in advance of my wedding (because they didn't) when you order they write everything down on a scrap piece of paper then say they will email you the confirm and never do. The day of my wedding i was short flowers and my mother and mother in law's corsage fell apart. The flowers were SO small and not what I asked for. Don't waste your time or money!
