Pima Pain Center

The last two times I was there two different medical assistants, or whatever their classification is, have blown two veins trying to insert an IV. The first time the needle had fallen completely out of the vein and all of the anesthetic went into the tissue of my hand. Two IV's 2 weeks apart and two HUGE bruises. I don't feel a lot of trust for this clinic if they can't install a simple IV.

Dr Yang answered all my questions and put a medical plan in order. She explained what she was needing to further help me. The Staff are polite and helpful.

Just got referred to his place. Go some where else as they are as rude, condescending and lack any compassion what so ever. Referred by my PCP and went today. Second you walk in they take your DL and insurance card and of course copay before you even see the documents they want you to sign. The tablet they give you is awful and they expect you to give up all your privacy rights, which allows them to use your medical records however they like. You cannot limit and you are at there mercy. When I dared to ask was told "everyone just signs". Did not even get to any medical questions as questions were all about how they can do what they want and you indemnify them against anything. Awful place and complete waste of time. Waiting room is just a couple chairs and got to sit next to person coughing the whole time while I tried to read and fill out the info. Plus the whining kid who the parents just let run wild and the staff did nothing. Avoid this place like the plague!!

This practice is far above all the rest. You are treated with the utmost respect, the staff always gave the time to explain things. I have been to pain doctors most of my life, so I can without hesitation that there is no other place like it. What always amazes me is that no matter which location I visit the quality of care is amazing. Every staff member treats the patient with the highest regard. Dr. Annabi is always engaged with his patient. Always takes the time to explain whatever he's going to do. But special shout outs need to go to Sage and Dr. Shiller. Without those three I'd probably end up either in a wheelchair or confined to my house. They have become my saviors for giving me a new life, Bravo!!!

Pima pain Center rocks . Keep up the great work you have done wonders for so many patients and have shown resilience and determination to help heal chronic pain patients without destroying the great city of tucson. Your work ethic , and compassion have proven to me that great physicians exist. Proud to be a patient . Thank you

I think Pima Pain Center is Fantastic. They have helped me and my parents. We have been pain free from a horrific car accident that left us nearly paralyzed. without their help we do not know where we would be. Procedures have significantly helped us and we are so grateful. I can happily say that I would recommend pima pain center. Not so many offices go out of their way to help specially when its for three people at the same time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Over 7 years ago my arm was ate off and put back on with a 17 inch flap off the front of my thigh. Unfortunately I do need pain meds. I have been threw hell the past month. First few months was good. Then.....they said my urine was cold,which it was left there however long till they tested the temp. Cause none of them can stay off there phones. Then they "lost" my next urine sample and took over 2 weeks for a mouth swap results to get back. I went threw unfortunate withdraws due to no meds. Then some how my script was cut in half without being told it was happening and on top of that I'm no longer allowed to take my Xanax I've been on for over 10 years or else my script is gona be cut !!!!! This is one of the most ass backwards pain clinics I've been to. And she isn't even a DR..... She didn't even care or know that my blood pressure was 190/125 taken when i got there and as I cryed talking to her about my Xanax she told me i can find another DR and stood up and walked out..... as much as i wanted to talk shit and act crazy,i bit my tounge. I realy thought she was very nice and easy to talk to,then I guess her true side shined real bright and ugly... way to go Susan Grant :(
