Being relatively new to the area, I was in need of a doctor to renew my prescription for a CPAP. My PCP referred me to Dr. Peri. I was contacted by the office staff who told.me to bring.my records to the appointment. Everything was done to expedite my appointment before my arrival, which was great. As in other reviews, yes, the receptionist is very short and almost rude, but this was my first time at the office. Who knows, maybe she was having a bad day. Dr Peri was great. He was actually a cool dude to talk to and very knowledgeable on the equipment I was going to get. I got my equipment orders and everything has been excellent. Like I said, this was my first time in the office. After reading some reviews, and reading about the problems other people have had, my experience was pleasant. Hopefully the receptionist was just having a bad day.

From our first meeting with Dr. Peri at Pima Lung, we were happy to get in when my wife's asthma was very bad. That was the last good thing! At our preliminary meeting, he changed her meds to a new prescription with 13 uses and said he would send the renewal prescription to our pharmacy. That apparently never happened. Further, the pharmacy and my wife called for the prescription numerous times. My wife called six days straight to the prescription renewal line and the scheduling desk and left messages to call us or the pharmacy. No return phone calls!When she went in to hear her test results today, he actually became abusive in his clinic's phone policies. We are in there for a long term asthma problem so the doctor suggested she needed a CPap machine for her sleep. She can't even wear one with her asthma so bad. He then became dismissive. If you get this referral, consider asking for another doctor or clinic! This was the same advice he gave a friend with lung cancer. Horrible bedside manner, poor practices and only one solution for all: a CPap machine! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Saw the doctor at the end of January. Said he was scheduling some tests for me. I called back a week later. No tests had been scheduled but I was told they would call back by the end of the day. They didn't. Tried calling them several time with no response. Ended up getting a referral to a different Pulmonologist. Still trying to figure out how these folks stay in business. Told the doctor that referred me to them about this and he says he will stop referring his patients to this office.

I have recently had a COPD aspiration that I ended up in ER and Urgent care. I've been trying to get ahold of my pulmonary doctor at Pima sleeping lung for 3 days now to find out what my concentrator at home my oxygen concentrator should be set on so I don't overdo the oxygen and don't overdo it no one returns my calls no one ever answers the phone

Terrible quality of care and poor communication with patients. Pima Lung and Sleep has blacklisted me and I have no idea why. I have been trying to follow up with them for over 5 years and my calls go unreturned. The office has even refuses to renew my RX for CPAP supplies as my supplier informs me their system is flagged as Do Not Contact Doctor. Do not recommend them.

For 3 working days days called to get info on my CpaP cord left at the office. 5 days with out CPAP or return Call. Resorted to my insurance advocate to contact them. Advocate had No luck.. Finally drove down there, 1 hr trip, Receptionist knew nothing, called for office manager. A Patient next to me said, "good luck, manager is horribe". Well she wasnt horrible but not helpful. I had to talk over her to get my request understood. She just kept saying, we will call you if we find it. How about calling to say that it isnt there and we'll order you another one or you can order it yourself. No return calls for 5 days. But what was horrible, was Dr Puri came out and basically, directed me to stop talking loud, don't wave my hands, and quit accusing them of steeling. And do not make disparaging remarks about his company. True. Cant believe a So Called Dr behaved that way. Office manager then said she can order another one, but by then I tolld Dr Puri Im not ever coming back here, so he told manager to cancel the order as I am no longer a patient, quit disrupting his office and leave. I Did. And reported it all to United Health Care. Terrible. A Dr acting that way with a patient that that has an inoperable breathing machine.

Called for an appointment. Firts they couldn't find my referral, then said it was not sent to proper place, then couldn't find it again. Fourth call finally got someone who was able to help. on hold FOREVER! was referred for CT but no one told me. impossible to sign up for portal because page redirects to wrong page. so incompetent my confidence in their ability to diagnose is nil.

They have never called back!I have called 8 times and only once did I reach a person. I've left 7 voicemails none of which were returned. They left a voicemail asking that we call and confirm that we'll appear for our sleep study. We returned that call within 90 minutes, (voicemail, surprise!). When we showed up, on a Sunday night at 8PM, we weren't scheduled because, 'you did not confirm'I recommend finding a doctor who will help you get better, not add stress to your life. The RT who performed our PFT was a superstar, working great with our autistic child.The Nurse who met us for the sleep study was professional and courteous in an uncomfortable situation.

Dr. Perry is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. I have been calling for 4 months trying to follow-up on an issue involving my insurance. Each time I talk to someone at the office, I'm told they will ask the doctor and call me back. I have never been called. Today I was told that I have to make an in-person appointment to ask the doctor to follow-up with the insurance company. What?!! So, unprofessional and ridiculous. 9 months total trying to get a CPAP with Dr. Perry. I prefer to drive to Phoenix to get REAL medical attention instead of this quack. I can't believe he is able to practice medicine. One star is way too good for Pima Lung and Sleep. I should have heeded the reviews sooner. Don't let the nice office fool you!
