THE WORSE DR. EVER! Read his reviews other than his own site at UMC. I have waited months to get the result of 1 bloodtest thru telehealth and because I am in Vegas for a Rheumoltology appointment I was refused to be given the information. Noow several more weeks ahead of me. You could die before the gets back to you. An awfulll man!

Do not go to this man. Find another endocrinologist! Dr Sethi may have skills as an endocrinologist; however his personal are severely lacking. Patients are on assembly line and discouraged from asking questions. When I tried to ask him to explain how my new medicine works, he literally screamed " I am the doctor. you are the patient. Do not question me". When I tried to explain that I was questioning his recommendation, but merely wanted to understand, he told me that our meeting was over. He then walked out After I finished treatments and was going to transition to my PCP for a new medication, I needed a refill on a critical medication that he prescribed. I would run out before my appointment with the PCP. He and his staff would not answer messages through my patient portal. I messaged several times. When that did not work, I called his office. No one ever replied and I was left hanging. What an irresponsible jerk

I've been seeing by Dr Sethi for years, but he problem here is, that he is unprofessional, impolite and poor quality care on the patient. After waiting for six months to see him with a list a questions to ask, just to see him heading to the door and never return, after seeing me for tree minutes. I always wonder if the insurance company are aware of this behaviors.

The office staff were efficient and friendly. I arrived early because I had never been there before and they called me back to the room early and the medical assistant immediately gathered my information. I waited 5 minutes for the physician and he was thorough and clear. I had blood drawn in the office and the physician will call and review my labs tomorrow. It is not the prettiest office you will see but as a person who has worked in healthcare for 45 years, I was impressed with the service, care, and guidance the physician gave. Thank you!

Dr Sethi is horrendous. He's rude argumentative and truly wants to be right. He's cold clinical observations will leave you wanting a Dr. who will help get to the bottom of your illness instead of just listing the reasons why you don't have a problem. If I didn't have a problem, I would but be seeing an endocrinologist.

This is a poorly run practice. The staff is fragmented into lots of departments all of which is unnecessary for a rather small practice. I had a long awaited appointment with Dr. Suryadevara which was cancelled at the last minute and re-booked 3 months out. Then that appointment was cancelled at the last minute and once again re-booked 3 month out. I have thyroid issues and type 2 diabetes that must be checked on periodically. IF you cancel a patients appointment at the last minute you should prioritize that person getting in, not dump them back at the bottom of the list for the next available. That is not how you run an office. I found a new Doctor and let Pima know. They still send me appointment reminders, cancellations and notices that i missed an appointment which i did not. 3 times i have tried to tell them to drop me from their system, but the general incompetency is too great or the bureaucracy is too big for them to figure it out themselves.

Dr Sethi is a wonderful Endocrinologist. He is enormously knowledgeable and as a result is able to hone in immediately on medical conditions. As I an a complex patient, I truly appreciate his care and concernI highly recommend him. It's not always about quantity (how much time you spend in the room), because I know my labs have already been reviews prior to him entering the room and he can also ascertain, many systems without laying a hand on me, such as pallor, weight, gait, if I'm psychiatrically stable, etc.

Dr. Sethi seemed like a very nice man until I got an insulin pump. When I tod him about one of the features, he told he it doesn't have that. When I tried to show him, he became angry and wouldn't let me finish any sentence and refused to look. On my next visit, I told him I would appreciate it if he would treat me with respect. he blew up, yelled at me for a half hour, and refused to let me leave while he continued to yell at me. He also lied several times during his rant. For example, I couldn't find my medicine bottle and asked the front office staff if I left it there. Dr. Sethi said I accused them of stealing it! I left crying hysterically. I'm going to go to a new endocrinologist. I suggest you avoid this one at all cost unless you are someone who never asks questions.

I do not recommend Dr. Muhammad Sethi. I did not find him to be a knowledgeable or caring physician. He did not have much to say about my Hashimotos, said maybe take selinium. I'm a very well controlled Type 1 diabetic and he refused to prescribe me the correct dosage of insulin so that Walgreens would give me the right amount of Pens to last me a month. He, and his nurse Nicole, could not and would not understand basic insulin conversion using a syringe. They were not sympathetic and basically just didn't care . Accused ME of trying to get him to prescribe a fraudulent prescription! Outrageous! As if I was trying to get opioids! I just needed my insulin! The funny(sad) thing was that he FIRED me, told me to find another dr. He obviously doesn't appreciate patients who can think for themselves and speak out or challenge him. Wants to see diabetic patients every 3 months whether you are well controlled or not. CHA-CHING. The only thing he seemed to care about was getting me on a statin. (Kickback?) even though my triglycerides run around 50. Oh, and one visit during the pandemic, he stood by the door and didn't sit down, never touched me, didn't feel for thyroid nodules or test my feet for neuropathy. Good thing I wasn't a patient with those problems! Run as fast as you can away from this physician.
