My son was enrolled here for about 2.5 weeks, he left early twice due to being sick during that time. It didn't work out for my 1 year old so I decided to have someone watch him from home. I paid for the time he was there plus also paid an additional $280 2 weeks advance, 2 weeks he did not go since I pulled him out of the school. They're refusing to give me a refund because I was to have given a 2 week withdrawal notice despite the fact my son was only enrolled there for 2.5 weeks, so that doesn't make sense. I can POSSIBLY understand a company's point of view but as a customer, why are you keeping my money you didn't earn? The facility didn't care for my son those days therefore shouldn't free pocket MY $280. There was always different teachers in his class, never knew them by name, once there were two new teachers in there together in the evening (I'd never seen them before, they were wearing matching polo yellow shirts) and one was complaining about how she is sick (it was obvious too), probably why my son got sick.So if you're testing the waters with new child care facilities keep that in mind especially if it doesn't end up working out!

I am updating my review of Pima County Day school to reflect a more positive rating. While the specifics of what happened are still the same, I am appreciative of the apology and satisfied with the explanation that I was given.I was upset at the lack of notice and feeling as though they had no intention of transporting her at start of the school year from the get go. I also felt that I was not given a sufficient reason as to why they were stopping transportation as this was going to be her third year in attendance as an afterschool-er being picked up fromn the same school. The owner reached out and personally apologized for the inconvenience and I am satisfied that they did the best to their ability to accommodate our situation . As I previously stated, my daughter enjoyed attending Pima Country Day school and there were no other issues other than transportation.

My daughter has been attending PCDS since she was 3 months old (now two years ) I am absolutely impressed by the treatment she receives. Elise is an amazing director and treats the kids like they're her own. She is just one of the reasons my children come to this daycare, other then the fact my daughter worships her ;). My daughters teachers, Alana and Alison are so patient with my what I like to call "16 year old in a two year old body" daughter. I know she can be a little crazy at times and they know exactly how to handle her. I just recently enrolled my son to PCDS and I'm so impressed at how much love each of my children receive. I want to personally thank Elise, Alana, Alison, Sonya and Renee for everything they do to provide my children with the best care possible! I would recommend this dayschool to anyone. Parents should feel that their children are safe and loved for when they are at a daycare. And this one does just that!

This center had been a blessing. My daughter started off in an In home daycare which has its pros but she wasn't progressing. Since she started in August, my daughter has made friends and is progressing each day. She loves when I ask if shes ready for "school". As a single mom, they have assisted with potty training and are very communicative. Did I mention they take DES and very inexpensive compared to other copays! If you're looking for the cheers of daycares, Pima Country is where to go.

I don't not recommend this daycare AT ALL. My son would get bit multiple times probably because they weren't watching the kids good enough. My son got bit 2 times on the back and they did not report that to me but told me my son is the one that's too aggressive (3 years old). Next morning stated they never saw him get hit. When I asked to see the cameras they told me they didn't have access to it. Left my stroller inside and they put it out side and it got STOLEN didn't replace or give me the money for it. Kids were mean to my son because the teacher didn't keep close eye on them so my son would fight back to defend himself &was told my son can not return.

Worst day care I have ever seen. My 9 month old baby goes to this day care and they least care which is clearly seen on camera. There is no playtime and most times babies are not fed at all. I see only one baby, I guess its one of the staff baby who is always been taken care. Think twice before you enroll.

I put my daughter in this school a few weeks ago and she absolutely love it! They teach her awesome curriculum I get such cute art projects! The best part I get to watch on a live video feed threw out the day and see what she is up to! The teachers are amazing and so nice! My baby wakes up asking to go and that really makes me more comfortable knowing that she actually loves going!

We LOVE this school! The director and staff are so fun and our kids have learned so much. Both my kids look forward to preschool and are proud to come home and show us the wonderful things they are learning. We have a whole wall of sweet little art projects. They even helped potty train our toddler. I could not ask for a better school!

Pima Country Day School was the worst decision I ever made I literally lost sleep about having to return to work knowing a place like this is allowed to remain in business. The director and owners are rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. While attending the school my three year-old had four staph infections in 2 months. I saw teachers walk across childrens sleeping mats with their shoes, never wash the mats, or clean any of the chairs. The charged me when my child was out sick for because I didnt give then 48hours notice my child would be sick and didnt bring a doctor's note. Im a good mom but dont know 48hours ahead of time when my child will be ill and dont run to the doctor each time my toddler gets a fever that im capable of handling myself. Im considerate of other parents and dont think it would be responsible for me to bring my sick child so other kids run the risk of getting sick. Their staff have no formal training in child care and spend more time on their phones and socializing with eachother than with the children. Im grateful I moved to a better daycare where my child has not had another staph infection since and looks forward to going to the new daycare. I highyly recommend you choose another daycare for the health and the development of your child
