Best way to test a shop is to have your lady bring your vehicle in. Not only did they try and sell her several things that weren't needed, like a $200 blinking light box for "pack rats" they actually took the time to throw a hand full of palm seeds in my air cleaner to justify their scam. I thought that was bad, then got my other vehicle back from them missing an amp and they tried buying the vehicle from my lady with a LOW, low ball offer and tried telling her how fair it was. Don't let a cheap oil change special fool you, it ain't your car they're lubing up.

Do not go to Pima Auto they will nickle and dime you. They charge a 3% on my credir card which I think is fraud. I already pay a percentage on my card. Certain things needed be done without showing. Get a true estimate before you get screwed to late for me. Lesson to be learned get it writing and look at all the charges.

My check engine light came on and O'reillys checked it and recommended a part for my car. I called my regular mechanic I've had over 10 years, not only could they not get me in that day also told me that they would not put my part on.A friend told me about Pima Automotive and they got me in right away. Vinnie arranged a ride home for me, stayed in touch with updates and found a couple other things going on. My car is driving fantastic and I now have a new mechanic.The older country music was a plus

I bought all the parts for a timing chain they provided the labor which was 1475 dollars they had the car for about 4 days they call me saying car is ready to go I start it and start driving the car was worse now than it was before they tell me it must be something else causing the problem and saying they want 1000 dollars to look into the problem I told them I can't do that knowing they trying to milk me out of more money so car sat in storage for about a year I took it too transmission outlet owners name is Steve he checked it out and found out drivers side phaser was out 4 teeth and right side was slightly off said who ever fixed your car was the problem he had the car for 2 days had to change chain out he said it was stretched So Pima automotive never put my new chains in the car runs great now thanks for the quality work Steve does for transmission outlet

I've been coming to Bob for over seven years, and the service and work have been unmatched. However, the last couple of times I've taken my car in, it has been worked on by two different guys. Long story short, there was some miscommunication, then lying about the work. I called upset, and I went back to get the problem fixed only to have the same issue reoccur in a month. I have spent almost 3,000.00. I decided to find another shop.

My Honda Accord has needed a few pretty big repairs over the last couple of years, and Pima Auto has served me well. They've gotten my car in without waiting days or making an appointment. The auto techs I've dealt with there have been straightforward, congenial and highly professional. I've had no complaints about any of the work they've done (and neither has my Accord.) I appreciated the service my car received from Vinnie this last time, and owner Bob Boatner is a long-time Tucson pro. See you again, guys.

This person is very nice and politely rips you off with a smile. Advertising "Oil change $12.00". But, did a basic oil change on a 2019 Chevy Spark and was changed $180.00! I fell for the AD on the side of street, on my way home from work. My bad I trusted this place, when I went back to my regular auto shop, I told them what happened they even said WTF! I advise if you need work done, don't fall for someone who is very nice and politely rips you off. I suggests, Motor works on Valencia. Best prices, without taking advantage of you. Just a little reminder, Jeffrey Domer was considered charismatic, charming and polite.

they broke the seal to my transmission. then ted to charge me for a repair. $300... hello... you broke it. was supposed to be an oil change clearly the twerp didn't know what he was doing. he has no business working at a shop or touching any vehicle. the owner backed him up rather than make things right. scammers. sheisters. i brought it to a different shop to confirm my suspicions & they agreed. and confirmed tuey did not even change the oil.. liars. pirates. scammers. thieves. sheisters.2 thumbs down 2 middle fingers up NOW my transmission is Leaking. And my engine is running hard. DIDN'T EVEN DO THE OIL CHANGE..

Pima auto worked on my Alfa Romeo and did a terrific job. Spark plugs and service plus maintenance codes cleared, somethingthat my past two service jobs failed to do.I requested a new battery and they checked out current one and stated that it was in good shape.Will be taking my car back to Pima auto for future scheduled work.Highly recommended!
