Very POOR Customer service in a store that is never busy! But charges MSRP pricing like Nordstroms without the customer service!

I ordered a gift card, paid extra for expedited shipping and yet the card is taking the maximum time for delivery. Disappointing as the gift card will not make it for the holiday. Web site should state that the window given is optimistic, that the latest date given will be when item will be delivered.

I know next to nothing about golf, but wanted to buy my dad new clubs--he's an average player with not a lot of knowledge about what kind of club would work best for his swing. Oscar took the time to watch my dad hit a couple balls then spent the next hour with him going through the different clubs he thought might work best. We didn't purchase that day, but not once did he make us feel like we were wasting his time. That level of product knowledge and exceptional customer service is a rare find these days... I'm grateful we had it today. Thanks, Oscar.

Steak or chicken? Thats the question I'll be asking Emma when I take her out to dinner. She is amazing. Not only was she able to completely wipe out the previous experience I had there but she was able completely change my opinion about the store.After having a terrible experience with one fitter, I decided to try again and I was pair with Emma who was just great. She was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did she help me but she was also kind to my son and even gave him some swinging tips. I came back 3 to 4 times to hit a couple more clubs and each time she greeted me with a smile and devoted her time to making sure I was comfortable. She was very accommodating, funny and honest. If she didn't know the answer to a question she went and looked it up. Very resourceful young lady. After this last fitting I went back to her ready to make my final decision. She did everything she could to make sure that I was getting the best value and made sure I was 100% ready to pull the trigger. I would a thousand times over recommend visiting Emma!

Today, September 30th, was the first time coming into the PGA Tour Superstore. When I walked inside with my daughter I was impressed with how big the store is. I was immediately greeted. The store was clean and organized. I was looking to purchase a couple of additional clubs for my teen daughter. I was greeted by "Carol" who immediately found the right sales associate for us. "Andrew" was very eager, knowledgeable and knew what my daughter needed. He selected approximately 10 various clubs for my daughter to "try out" in the golf simulator. Upon trying out the various clubs, my daughter selected the best two. Andrew took measurements of my daughter where they shortened the club shaft for her. Michael did an outstanding job with the cuts to shorten the clubs. It is obvious that Andrew. Michael and Carol love their jobs because their customer service was outstanding. Andrew and Michael answered all my questions and Carol went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with the service I was receiving.I will definitely be back soon and will look forward to either Andrew, Michael or Carol taking care of me.Keep up the good work.

On New Year's Day I went and got a Studio driver fitting with Brandon. I cannot emphasize how glad I am that I was paired up with Brandon. If you're looking at the PGA store or getting fitted in general, don't hesitate - book with him. He is an outstanding fitter. Plainly honest and candid, didn't try to upsell me, which he could have. He explained his philosophy on fitting and how it's an evolving process for player and fitter. He explained the different elements that he was trying to narrow down, without making it feel like a rush.In case this helps paint the picture I'll offer this background up (shouldn't be TLDR if you're serious about getting fitted). I went into the fitting looking (low key hoping) to get married up with a Callaway Paradym series driver (the Triple Diamond, TD Max, or MAX). I've been golfing on and off since I was 13, but was hesitating on getting fitted since my swing hasn't been consistent in my opinion. After getting a consistent rash of crap from my golf group, I took the fitting plunge and man am I glad that I did - and with Brandon. I told him that I was looking at Callaway and Ping drivers (tried swinging a buddies G430 Max 10K with good results). Tried out the ai Smoke MAX, G430 MAX 10K, and newly released Cobra (I think it was the ADAPT Max K). Ran through a number of driver head and shaft stiffness combinations. I have an older driver (think 2008/9 with a then-era shift shaft). Got fitted for a Ping G430 with the extra stiff shaft - and it felt great. Just waiting for it to arrive. Go book with Brandon - won't regret it if you're honest with yourself.Brandon, big ups and thanks. (FYI, he didn't say anything about leaving a review - this is how pleased I was).

Was not going to do this initially because I do not like the organization but that is my own personal experience with PGATSS. This, however, is not about my experience. This is about my 6 year old daughters experience with a local Tucson store associate. I know the higher ups look at these and negitive or positive they go to the store as well. That being said I want to say thank you to this older bald or balding hispanic man with a thick accent (please exuse the termonology just want to make srue to ID the correct person). My 6 year old daughter, who is all I have in this world, was treated very well by this employee when she asked for attention. She is 6 and not buying anything but still she was shown the right amount of respect and attention she asked for. Well done sir and thank you again. I hope you get the hookup on one of those gift cards or something they like to hand out.

I bought a new driver from here that was over $600 and they told me it would take 1-2 weeks. it has been over a month and the reason is because they did not put my apartment number in the shipping address. The driver was then returned to Callaway and the address was fixed. I still have not received the driver or the tracking number to see where the driver is. I have talked to there associate and store managers and none of them seem to make this a priority to fix.
