Always friendly and helpful. Anytime we have minor issues or need advice we go to them first. We have never had a bad experience, and every person we have met in the office has been professional, and guided us reliably through our inquiries or issues.

I have pondered about writing this review. Mr. Hick's legal secretary, Michele, is grotesquely horrible at her job. She lied every step of the way, didn't return calls, just plain lazy; gave us every excuse in the book. She told me my case was worth a couple of thousand dollars. I have debilitating injuries. The Attorney was kind but you could tell who is running that office. I have recently settled my case for 7x the amount she told me I would get. I am lucky I was able to find someone that was competent in the Tucson area. Please it is worth the drive to hire out of Cochise County.

They talk a good game when they want you to sign their contract but when it appears the settlement is going to be small you get dropped. We trusted them to help us and now we're left in a bad place. When I called and emailed to find out why we were dropped they never responded which seems very unprofessional to me. I did everything they asked of me but didn't get the same courtesy back.
