Perfection Auto Works

I brought my 1999 Porsche 996 to Perfection for work on the cooling system. Mike and his crew did a very thorough workup of the entire vehicle, clearly detailed the needed repairs, and identified additional work that would be needed along with advice about what could be deferred. We ended up replacing all the aging hoses from the firewall back, along with a new water pump, air-oil separator, thermostat, and a bunch of other stuff. Mike did quite a bit of "while you are in there" work at a very fair price, and presumably this will save me labor costs in the future. I really appreciated MIke's knowledge of the vehicle and it's systems and his commitment to doing the job right with no shortcuts. He went to great lengths to explain the issues. The diagnosis of the cooling system issues was a bit complicated by an intermittent fault in a cooling fan, but in the end I am very pleased with the work and the service.

Mike and his crew are nothing short of incredible. Integrity, commitment and customer service is A++. Mike holds himself to a higher standard compared to a lot of other mechanics in town. They take their time to make sure the work they perform is consistent and efficient. I am truly happy with the service Mike provided me for the repair of my vehicle. These guys are truly awesome! Mike and Perfection Auto are in a class all their own. my older Porsche Cayenne S broke down outside of Tucson. I found Perfection Auto through online reviews and they exceeded all expectations all the necessary repairs were made at a very fair price and Mike kept me informed and help arrange to have the car shipped. I handled this whole transaction long distance-never met them-but they treated me like an old friend. Thank you!

Mike Emery is a RUDE unprofessional man........He checked out my convertible top........and then said it could not be put down again without a several hundred dollar service.......and he said a labor charge would be charged for that.............He also called me a sniveling weiner over the phone when I called him back to ask him what the smelly sticky substance was that was put on a part of my car where a plastic piece had fallen off.............WOW......NEVER will I recommend this place...........

Perfection is an understatement! My vehicles will ONLY go to Perfection Auto Works for maintenance. My truck went in for rat damage and other minor service. I can't say enough about the amazing work completed by the crew. When I picked up my truck, it looked beautiful and drove better than the day I purchased it. Never to go anywhere else, not even the dealership. Perfection Auto Works is the ONLY place for my vehicle care. You too, will be so happy to do the same.

Mike took my sons Volvo off a tow truck. I had it towed in with unknown problems. I had it towed from a Midas shop that has been good to me. I reviewed Perfection Auto Works on Yelp after I sent it over. Mike came off as reported, a no nonsense guy, on the phone and said what was on his mind.. I left the vehicle with him and am very happy with the service. His fee was as quoted. There was a situation with the transmission that they figured out and got around. That could have been a huge additional expense! He did a couple of things that he was not under contract to do for free. I recommend PAW.

Mike and his crew at perfection auto took a look at our porsche boxter that had a few issues. Not only did they fix it all buy it was done in a timely manner and we were informed the whole way along the journey. The bill seemed high at first but when you look at everything they did it was a great deal for a great job. Quality always cost but this place and Mike is well worth it! Dr Black
