Team was wonderful with the passing of my family member. Social worker was very sweet and caring, and shout out to the evening nurses for being so attentive. Will always recommend to anyone in need of hospice.

I'm very thankful for the caring staff at Peppi's house. They took great care of my father during his passing while also offering support to our family in making his final arrangements. The facility is beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious had its own patio area where we could open the doors for a fresh breeze. It did not feel like a hospital. It felt peaceful and comfortable. I'm thankful for peppis house because my father had the opportunity to pass in peace with dignity and excellent comfort care.

My mother was referred to Peppi's House for pancreatic cancer and end of life care. I found the staff to be extremely kind and attentive. One day my mother requested to be outside on the patio and the nurses accommodated her - we were outside for several hours, her in a hospital bed and I sitting next to her. The patio has lovely flowers, plants, birds and butterflys. It was very comforting and I appreciated the 24 hour care in a wonderful facility.

The TMC Home Hospice service was more than we could have ever hoped for. Our team was Susan, Marybeth and Brian. After calling the Hospice Service, Susan came within an hour, assessed my 91-year-old father, and had the Home Hospice equipment delivered that afternoon. The next day the rest of the Dream Team, Marybeth the Social Worker and Brian the Hospice nurse came and with the "Comfort Care Kit" (Morphine, Atropine & Lorazepam) and taught my sisters and I how and when to administer - plus very helpful easy to read and understand literature that explained exactly what was going to happen for the next week & how to administer the drugs to keep our father comfortable. They are very pragmatic and don't sugarcoat the process. Our father had four lucid days - very chatty and upbeat, and then slowed down for the last three days. Marybeth was totally available to us throughout. Our dad passed peacefully on August 11, 2022. Brian came out and made the declaration. We chose one of the only two independent Mortuaries in Tucson - Hudgel's Swan Funeral Home - and Brian Hudgel made the removal and paperwork so easy and comforting. Our father had the best Passing possible thanks to these caring people.

My mother was getting good care the first day and night. The second night, my father slept over in the room with my mother. My mother was calling out all night in pain and he had to go to the night nurse to ask for help 3 different times. All she got was Tylenol--they did not page the on call physician. This is hospice--providing comfort is at the core of their service. The nurse supervisor did not bother to come by all day to discuss our concerns. When I was able to track her down an hour before she got off work, I was told she was busy. My mother's comfort apparently not her priority. She also told me that the night nurse charted that my mother's pain was controlled. So not only was her pain not addressed, the on call physician was not paged, but also the charting was incorrect. The nurse supervisor, Melissa, further said all she could go by was what staff told her. Apparently, feedback from families is not of value to her. She did not apologize or express any sympathy or concern for my mother's discomfort. I would not recommend this hospice. I am very sadly disappointed. Please see Healthcare Compare. Peppe's House rates at just 26% compared to 85% for hospices nationally in managing pain.https://healthcarecomps.com/hospice/az/031514/
