Top-notch pet sitting operation, by far!! For a few decades now, I've used dog walking and overnight services in many situations and many cities/states. The Paws n' Critters team (Sandy and Brittany) have showed up in all of the most important ways for the past several months, including 1) trustworthy/honest/integrity (taking care of my pooch and doing what they say they'll do!), 2) timely/punctuality (being on time), 3) great communications (emails, texts, and phone calls), 4) fair value/pricing, and 5) super-duper caring for my pet. What more can you ask for? I am beyond grateful for having discovered Paws n' Critters for my deaf, senior rescue pug Bob. Thank you so much, Sandy and team!

I am very pleased with Paw n' Critters. Julie was the dog walker for my two crazy pups. They just needed to go out in the middle of the day while I was at work. I know they're not the easiest to work with. Julie made it all easy and put me at ease. My dogs loved her and she did an amazing job! I would recommend this service to anyone who wants their dog to get a little extra attentions during the day. This company is also insured, which put my anxious mind to rest!

I would never trust anyone else with my dog. Like most of you, my pet is my child, a part of the family. I went to Mexico for 5 days for vacation and I've never been a part from her that long since... I've had her since she was 7 weeks old. She just turned 6. I have family who would of taken care of her for free.. but, I know I get quality care every time I book with Paws n' Critters and Sandy and her team are the best.

Paws n' Critters is about as good as it gets for pet care services. This is a very professionally run operation. A great network of sitters run by a great organization (Sandy is excellent). They think of everything. Backup plans, documents, etc. They even water your plants and other related services.Most importantly, they do a great job with your pets. They show up when they're supposed to, provide outstanding care, they're trustworthy, helpful, and easy to work with.And it's easy to pay and easy to schedule.We are so fortunate to have found Paws n' Critters, very grateful for their care.

I didn't even get past talking to the owner on the phone last night before deciding that this was not going to work. I need someone to be in my home at night & give one of my dogs medication at 3 am. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn't expect someone to do that. If I'm paying for a pet sitter to be in my home, yes I can! Then she proceeded to tell me that 30 minutes later in giving medicine wouldn't matter. I'm sorry, are you my dog's vet? You don't get to make those life & death decisions with my pet! Honestly I think she was looking for a reason to not come out to Dove Mtn. Well no worries, I wouldn't use this company EVER! She wasn't the warmest person & they aren't the cheapest out there - if you have pets who need medicine & you want it given on time (not whenever) look elsewhere

We were planning an extensive visit to Tucson and found that few if any doggie day care facilities were in the area. Thank goodness I found Paws n' Critters! Sandy was so very helpful and knowledgeable. We arranged a schedule for visits on days that we would be gone for several hours. We received texts and photos during the visits and walks, always on time, and our dog Louie loved Sandy! I highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them again on our next visit.

Absolutely love Paws n' Critters! The best pet sitting services I've had in a long time. I never have to worry about my animals when I'm away. they text me during all 3 visits a day over multiple days. Thank you, Sandy, Brandon, and Julie. you guys are amazing and I'm truly lucky to have you all!

I loooove this pet care service. I've reviewed them before, and we've had nothing but positive interactions and experiences since. They are so reliable, communicative, and thorough. They help with all the extras like bringing up the trash cans, bringing in packages & mail, etc. My dogs really warmed up to them and trust them.. so they get treated well! We are so grateful to have their help.

Despite having pets for many years, this was our first professional pet sitter experience and were VERY PLEASED! Professional initial in home meeting with Sandy and Brandon, Brandon did a great job with 3 overnight- days. We have 2 dogs 1 cat and a tortoise.

Great pet sitting service. We had Stacy take care of our cat and she was wonderful. Sent pictures and texts with each visit. We will use them in the future for sure.
