The very best place to find anything for your outdoor space. We have used them for years. Recently we visited the store to consider new furniture. When we told them what we had, they confirmed that our furniture was worth recovering instead. They were so helpful and patient as we took forever to choose new fabric. They make me feel that they value my business.

We have a cabin at Mt Lemmon and needed new furniture for the decks. Patio connection had great selection and their staff took time to walk us through all options and decide what would work best in that environment - snow, rain, sun, etc. When the furniture came in we couldn't accept delivery right away and they held it with no problem and checked in with us to make sure we were on their route when ready.They brought it all the way to our cabin and their two delivery guys were absolutely amazing. They carried numerous pieces, including a heavy table, all the way from their truck at bottom of road up to our cabin on a hillside. I'm talking A LOT of steps. Not only did they never complain, but they apologized to me for how long they were taking! Which was ridiculous. They were amazing. The pieces are beautiful and very comfortable. So happy.

Highly recommend Patio Connection in Tucson on Oracle. Friendly, helpful and fabulous Patio and lawn furniture. I purchased my patio setting from Patio Connection this past week. From sales, availability, price and delivery, I could not be happier. The fact I wasn't told my selection was on back order for 90-180 days like many places was huge. To be honest, I'm not buying anything from anyone when I'm told it's not in stock. Been there done that. Doesn't end well. Lol. Patio Connection is an awesome place for your patio and lawn furniture needs.

This is *the* place for patio furniture. We got exactly what I had pictured in my head even though I couldn't describe it. The service is great. They introduce themselves then let you browse at your leisure until you ask for help. When we had picked out a table and the chairs from another table, mixing and matching was no problem. They deliver. We bought on a Saturday and our table and chairs were here Tuesday. Delivery went very smoothly.

They have a huge selection and helpful staff. Our salesperson showed us a few things to get an idea of our tastes/needs and was able to zero in on a beautiful collection that is perfect for us. Delivery went without a hitch. A side table that was delivered had some strange marks on the top, which we didn't notice for several days, and we left town before I was able to arrange to exchange it for another one. I called weeks after it was delivered and told them about it, and they said, unhesitatingly, that they would replace it asap. This was very much appreciated because I know there are some stores that might accuse us of damaging it ourselves since we had it for a while before I called. Patio Connection was recommended to us by relatives and they have been very happy too, and plan on buying more furniture from them. Thank you, Patio Connection!

Can highly recommend Patio Connection on Oracle Road in Tucson. I was in need of new chaise lounge chairs for some visitors and Rob Cable went out of his way to help me and have them delivered the next day. Bait and switch- I purchased an outdoor love seat and 2 chairs for my patio. Though I felt the furniture was priced a little high I saw the value in the quality. After I got the furniture home and put it together I was happy with the furniture. A couple days later the sales rep reached out to tell me he charged me the wrong amount and I owed another $500+ dollars. I would highly suggest staying away from this company they are crooks. They gave no possible solution besides pay 25% more for the furniture or bring it back.

Recently made our second purchase from Patio Connection, our first being many years ago. In the course of several visits, we interacted with various sales staff, all of whom were extremely helpful, attentive, and non-pressuring. Good variety in price, to fit every budget. Good quality. I was impressed when I received a thank you note after the delivery of my items. Can't go wrong going here. Did not find any other outdoor furniture store that could equal Patio Connection.
