Stephanie helped us secure our spot and it was such an easy process! We are here for Labor Day weekend and it is so peaceful and quiet! Easy pull thru site for our 32ft motor home. Close to the lake, only 7 miles.

$31/nightWe spent the night here mostly to stock up on water after a long travel day in preparation for boondocking on Harshaw Road. The guy that runs the place is super nice and helped us back in the spot. And we definitely needed his help because the spots are tiny, tiny, tiny. We have a 27 foot fifth wheel and couldn't open our slide more than 4 inches because we were pinned between the electrical box and cement pad. It was literally a game of inches backing up our rig. We even had to back into a barbed wire fence in order to fit in fully, at the request of the management. If I pass through Patagonia again, I won't be staying here. If there was another RV park in town, I'd go there, but this is the only game in town, unfortunately.

I am not sure why someone gave this little RV park a bad review. Maybe because they don't understand the economics of US boarder towns. Patagonia is a town you can walk and see in about 4 hours. It's a cute and diverse Main Street. The surrounding county side is beautiful. This little RV park is only 3/4 of a mile from the Main Street so it's an easy walk. The park is clean dirt mixed with gravel and a few grasses places and each spot is level and has a nice concrete pad to the side with a nice picnic table. The showers and restrooms are clean and the laundry is nice. The WiFi is some of the best I have experienced with no issues streaming Netflix, etcetera. I will definitely stay here again.

Under new ownership. Beautiful views. If you have a larger rv, the sites are skinnier so you'll have to watch where your slide outs are at or it'll hit the lot utility station. Although there is an office, it is not open and ran by anyone. Metered electric starting July 2023. Unable to receive mail at this location. High priced coin operated laundry machines. Manager is picky on allowing yard activities (cornhole, horseshoes, kid pools, etc.). A lot of noise from mine traffic, but that may not last very long. Occasional javelina sitings at night.

We were touring southern AZ and at the "last minute" decided to stay in Patagonia. We looked on the internet and found this place. Knowing Patagonia is small and fairly simple, we didnt have high expectations but just needed a plave to park for the night and hook up. When we called the number a man answered and told us just to pull in anywhere since he was in Sierra Vista and would stop by in the morn to check us in/out and collect payment. When we pulled in, it was dark and quiet. We hooked up and went to bed. The next morning, we took a look around. The park is small but quite nice. Every spot has a concrete pad with a picnic table, full hook-ups, grass, trees and the owner's house nearby. Harshaw Road is more like a highway so keep dogs on leashes and eyes on children. I didnt notice any play areas for kids or shower/laundry facilities but then I didnt really look either. We called the owner in the morning to get the wifi password (which worked like a charm) and to meet him and pay our bill. He was a very nice gentleman. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Sonoita and Elgin (wine country) is all within 30 minutes.
