Patagonia Casitas- the Quail

A week's stay at the Quail Casita and it was sad to say goodbye to Patagonia Arizona and this lovely little house. Not so little, really at 1300 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You can feel the owner's care in the detailed decor. They have created an inviting place to stay. We felt more like house guests than renters. Before arrival, I asked to have any scented soaps or air-fresheners removed. Not a problem--it was done!The kitchen was well equipped and there was an outdoor grill available with a full tank of propane. It was great to have the choice of eating at local restaurants or cooking at the casita.The owner's live in Phoenix, but any questions were instantly answered by phone or text. Patagonia is located about an hour south of Tucson at 4,000 ft. elevation. The country is beautiful as well as being a birder's paradise. Can't wait to return!

Booked twice at two different properties and was told 3weeks before arriving that it was doubled booked. First time -ok- second time it's not good customer service. Even had my deposit check cashed for weeks ahead of time. Be careful and have a backup plan.
