OMG!!! We received a VERY yummy and generous delivery this morning from Chef Mike!! Full size culinary samples for our staff at Spa Daze (after only meeting briefly on social media). I'm so grateful and impressed...I have to share with you all that they were DELICIOUSGourmet, vegan, low-carb, diabetic, weight loss and customized menu options. I also think it's a great idea for bereavement meals, post-op recovery and for post delivery mom's and families. Do not use this service!!! He has no heart or compassion only cares about HIS money, his plan for the day. He states his food is diabetic friendly and low sodium...it is not! After using his service... my family member's insulin, blood pressure and cholesterol levels all went up, medications needed to be raised. 3 weeks off the diet due to hospitalization all dropped back down and insulin was lowered. He does not know what he's doing. And the taste is subpar!!! I refused to eat his meals and my family just made due, which I just found out. I would have fired him months ago if I had known they didn't like his food either! But yet he's a "celebrity chef"! People will say anything... be warned. I should also mention that when asked to present his licensing, insurance and qualifications... he failed to do so by completely changing the subject! ‍
