If you want your water to constantly be shut off with little to zero warning, this is your place! It was shut off at LEAST once a month. Then they'll tell you a time when it'll be back on, and it doesn't. This place is a joke. The apartments on the inside are nice If you have a newly renovated one, but it's still a little pricey, especially if you live alone. Regardless, I wouldn't waste your time or money here. 24 hours without water and the staff just leaves the office without any update. Good luck!!

The following, is a follow-up since I posted my first review on Park Place Apartments on Googlemaps.com. They will not let me review it again, and if I edit/ad to it the review becomes too long. Oh well, here is as great a place as any.I thought it important to ad to the review because it displays another fine example of how the Staff here, at Park Place Apartments, does everything they can to meet their clients needs. It is important to say, before I ad the copy/past of my Facebook post on February 14, at approximately 1:00p, about yet another exceptional experience I had with Sarah Castro, Assistant General Manager. As the staff all knows, I am a 100% Disabled Veteran with a serious, service connected, brain injury. I tell you this not for sympathy, but to note: At times, this condition, I suffer from, can make it, at times, extremely difficult for me to leave my apartment. To anyone who has not suffered the kind of injuries I had while in the Service, it is difficult for you to understand. I am extremely sensitive to that fact. However, with this last experience with, Sarah, I do believe, that Sarah gets it/me. Knowing this, means a great deal to me. The sensitivity that Sarah showed me, that day, without my even saying a word, was extremely astute and goes above and beyond exemplary client care.... So here it goes******************************************************Wow! Park Place Apartments does it again. I just received an email, from Sarah Castro- Assistant General Manager, asking me if I would like someone to drop off my new parking tag, for my Jeep, at my apartment. I feel spoiled! Once again, do I blame my forgetfulness, laziness even, on this? No, just plain fear of going outside. Sadly, this sometimes does happen to me, after my service connected, brain, injury/deficit. Not only is it difficult for me to deal with, it is difficult for others, who know me, as well.Sarah, herself, took time out of her busy day, to personally hand deliver the tag to me at my front door. It was such a thoughtful gesture, I couldn't help giving Sarah a great big thank-you hug to show my appreciation, to spite my embarrassment, in the moment. We both, smiled large. I believe, it was a nice experience for us both. At least, I know, it made me feel extremely comfortable and happy with Park Place Apartments all over again. Thus, I conclude with the following:Having been in Customer Service most of my working life, after my USCG career was ruined, I can honestly say, without a doubt, Sarah's kindness towards me, IS, client care at it's very best! Thank you, Sarah Castro and Park Place Apartments. You have proven, once again, you are THE BEST, "Luxuary Living", Apartment Community in town.

Park Place Apartments are AWESOME! If you like: - Stepping in dog poop at least once a day - Loose dogs running around like it's their own private backyard - An apartment filled with cigarette smoke if you try to open your windows for fresh air (never seen so many smokers in one place!)- Driving over broken glass and trash because the garbage bins overflow daily into the parking lots - Redneck kids running around with assault-style BB-guns shooting up the dog park - Disabled junker cars sitting around, it adds a real classy feel to the placeI have lived in over a dozen apartment communities and this one is by far the most poorly designed and cheaply constructed apartment I've ever had. You are promised a brand-new apartment, but mine was so hastily put together that I nearly backed out when I got my keys, only I had nowhere to go! What a disappointing experience. - Your "brand new" kitchen cabinets are actually cabinets that have been painted over so many times that the drawers barely close. (that is exactly what the maintenance manager told me)- Everything new is the cheapest possible, low quality - I hand-wash my dishes because the dishwasher is so ridiculous; my food constantly has freezer-burn- Bedroom carpet is super cheap and I can feel lumps underneath- carpet fibers are all over from installation and the painters just painted them right into the baseboards. Nobody bothered to vacuum after installation.- Nothing is installed to standards - my shower curtain drags because the rod is installed too low, the vertical blinds drag on the floor, the light switch for the garbage disposal turned on the dishwasher!- None of my furniture sits evenly as the floor boards are warped- Water is shut off about once every two weeks with no notice- I left town for 4 days and came back to dried brown water in my dining room from leaks in the 1 year old roof. Maintenance came to paint over the damage and missed half of the ceiling. I could go on and on about the sloppy work in these apartments. Do not expect the "attention to detail" touted on their website. New management mid-2018 did seem to be addressing some of these problems and more concerned at least, but until all the low-rent people are moved out, there's only so much you can do and it's way overpriced. I rent a condo on the other side of town for the same rent.

The property set's itself apart from the "Typical" apartment complex. Management is helpful and friendly. They work with and for you!

If u want to live in an apartment that u never have water and never get any kind of accommodations for it, come move to park place! I was really excited when I moved here. The apartments are super nice and management had displayed themselves as responsible. After about a month of moving in we had the water shut off twice. Now going on 4-5 months it's been about 1 shut off a month and at least 2 emergency water shut offs. In the past 2 weeks we've had 2 emergency water shut offs. It makes it impossible during covid cause u are at home a majority of the time.Don't even get me started on the construction and landscaping. They will start at about 6-7 am with no warning and u will get abruptly woken up by load banging or mowing. There was on day that they started cutting concrete and rocks in the morning right next to our window and couldn't even give us a courtesy call. Not to add one day they were cutting concrete right next to my car and didn't even think " oh maybe we should call them and have them move so we don't ruin their paint job." The parking situation is ridiculous. U get one covered spot and if u have more than one driver in your household you are screwed. U get towed if u park in the red past a certain time and there is never any uncovered parking. Also, the crime. Management does not care about your property. The amount of packages stolen and cars being broken into and property off of people's balconies. Ridiculous! The gate doesn't absolutely nothing. There are no cameras and shit lights. I feel unsafe walking from my spot all the way in the back of the complex cause there is no parking, due to the fact that it's pitch black and there are no cameras. Also, the walls maybe concrete but you can hear right through them. With covid don't expect a quiet work environment u can hear kids crying, people yelling, loud music, EVERYTHING!!!!I will not be renewing my lease come next august and until they fix their management issues and their irrigation issues you shouldn't sign one.

Unless you want your stair to break while holding your infant child and you tumble down the stairs because all the work done to these "upgraded" apartments is half ass and dangerous I would highly suggest that you DO NOT move here. Save yourself. Good luck getting any empathy or understanding out of them as well.

This is probably one of the WORST places to apply. I applied this Saturday. I paid 70$ ( non- refundable) for the application which I understand. I was also made to pay 100$ deposit which was claimed to be refundable. But the girl who works there did not specify that it was only within the next 24 hours that it is refundable. So I looked at a few other apartments and I turned out to like this other apartment complex better. So I come back on Monday and they tell me that all of my payment is non- refundable at this point. BUT IT HAS ONLY BEEN ONE DAY. If I would of been clear on the fact that I have to make a rapid decision within the next 24 hours that I applied I would OF NEVER APPLIED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They steal your money.

Have lived here for roughly 6 months and have had a positive experience so far. Staff are friendly and attentive to questions and concerns I have had. Grounds are clean and organized, buildings are freshly painted and well maintained. Apartment I moved into was in very nice shape when I moved in. Plan on renewing my lease when the time comes.
