Wow...what a cool shop. Some gorgeous pieces in this tucked away shop...Todd was great helping me. Family owned and you can feel it. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional, scattered, uncomfortable, (ex. Door was locked, he came and let me in then locked the door behind me and stood in front of it blocking me in with a gun on his hip) and worst yet- I have psoriasis and am allergic to cheap materials and yellow gold, I came for a white gold or platinum dip and now my whole hand has sores from the ring I had dipped - never in my decades of wearing it has that happened - my ring was not dipped with the material I was told

I've seen Park Avenue Jewelers when going to the medspa in the plaza but never stopped in. I had a double wedding diamond band I needed resized. I called Park Avenue Jewelers and Todd answered even though the hours stated they were closed. He was closed but was in the shop for customer jewelry pick ups. He said I could bring the ring in and he'd have it ready in a week. The ring had a lot of prongs and diamonds - it was an intricate job but he ended up having it ready even sooner than he originally quoted. The cost was fair and I really appreciated the prompt service.

Fabulous customer service by the owner who fixed too silver cuff bracelets that were two large for me. He was able to size them down .He was pleasant and gracious despite the fact that he had a toothache.I would go back again.

Wonderful people to deal with. Had my wife's wedding ring repaired and reset. Amazingly it was ready the next day and it looked better than new! We would highly recommend this business for anyone looking quality service and great people!

Do not leave your stuff without photos! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Read between the lines people!!! The truth will prevail!!!! I'm not done yet!

I had a couple of things I needed to have done with some of my pieces. I will start by saying the two pieces i had done were two of the most special to me, so I had to have lots of trust. My friend had told me she used park avenue to do some work on her wedding band and was very happy. I took my diamond wedding band to get resized and my diamond , bezel set necklace ( with my grandmothers Diamond) to get shortened. The price was fair, as they did have to add gold, and they were finished the next day. I went into to pick up my pieces and was so so happy. They both were exactly as I wanted them!!!! I now can wear my wedding band without it hurting my knuckle and my diamond sits exactly where I want it! They were suoer nice and made sure I was happy , and told me to come in whenever if I want my jewelry cleaned. Very pleasant and I would happily go back if I need a nice piece of jewelry or to get something fixed. Very nice store , with beautiful jewelry and very kind owners / people who work there.

Very nice owner and lovely sales woman. I just went in for a watch battery and I was told the battery was seated wrong but was fully charged and lithium. Smart business practice. No charge. Definitely will shop here again.

When I think of a mom and pop business that prides itself on customer service and value, I think Park Avenue Jewelers. What's more is that Todd (owner) has a wide selection of merchandise. My son and I have been loyal to this business for a number of years. Why? Todd and his team have ALWAYS come through for us! We trust them!
