Golden doodle was brushed thoroughly,ashley was given instructions for a doodle cut or trim,ashley showed up very late..pig shaved my doodle because she was obviously in a hurry to get home,didn't clean his ears,nasty job on his nails..gave a ridiculous excuse why she clipped him this way!he's only 2 and has been clipped twice in those 2 yrs..turned out well then, but it took 5 hrs,where she had him done in an hr,thought it would be nice to have them come to me and wait at home..NOT!!!,..never again with this groomer

Jason was able to show up earlier than our appointment time, which was great! He shaved my little terrier down from shag to short and summer-ready. He was attentive to ask about any health conditions (i.e. heart murmur, collapsing trachea, weak back legs). I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. He dremeled her nails and cleaned her anal glands. She has many skin tags and skin lumps, but everything was in tact despite being shaved. She looks great and I can tell she feels better.MazeyJo is a geriatric little lady and upon Jason's arrival, she went straight to him, he picked her up and I could tell she was comfortable with him. I am thankful for making the switch over to Park & Bark. I have a nervous Morkiepoo who did not do well with other groomers and I would always get a call that I had to come get him early. Then I called Park & Bark. Jason came out and it's been great since. I always schedule with Jason because my Morkiepoo is familiar with him and he's a wonderful groomer. I thought the third time would be the charm. I gave all considerations and took my own responsibilities for my disappointments. They booked my appointment for Sunday and warned that a non cancellation would end in a fine. I was happy to not cancel and grateful I had an appointment just before Thanksgiving. I have a full family traveling in to see me and my three large dogs. They not only "no showed", not a single phone call was answered nor a text returned. It takes intent to avoid calls to the degree they have. I'm certain my phone number has been blocked. I was never rude, just sayin.I appreciate a family owned business. Not only do I own one, I grew up in one. Customer service and simple explanations obviously don't exist for this family business. I won't ever bother them again.

I am giving this 1 star just because you have to give something. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with I have had a standing appointment every six weeks for my three dogs going on 6 years they have missed numerous appointments with us here waiting on them them will not answer the phone. And now the straw that broke the camels back. We had a appointment on the 9th June at 12:00 to 2:00 they groomer Denise texted and said she was running late I told her that we where leaving to go out of town at 3:00 she said she would not be here or done by then and we would have to reschedule I asked here to have office call me which they never did I called 3 times and texted 4 times no response. Then I get a survey text asking how they did. I laughed and said still waiting on a call back. Then I get a text from office saying they will not service my dogs anymore because I cancelled and have been under paying the groomer there price is $75.00 per dog three dogs is 225.00 ( see Zelle receipt) which is what I pay there groomer has cut my dogs ears twice drawing blood and never said anything as I sit here I am actually relieved that they will not be back to my house

Great job. Called before arriving. My dog loved the groomer and they did the trim just as I requested. Highly recommend.

The Reason I am giving PARK N BARK a LOW Rating is because after trying to reach your Mobile Service for Several weeks, U finally answered my call & set up an appt for today July 2nd between 9 & 11am, U were a No show, & NO Curtousy Call to Canccel our appt. I went on line to schedule another appt & it lets me know that I am Not in their Service Area. Ugh!!! I had used them before & at that time they didnt have enough change for a $100. Dollar Bill & they still owe me $30.!!! & at that time I gave U a 4 STAR Rating!!!UNHAPPY CUSTOMERBARK N BARKING

Jason is great with my very anxious pitbull mix. Renji once out side the house goes easily to the grooming van. They keep me informed of time they will be here. I am so happy I found them.
