I cannot believe it happened again. Four years ago the service was so bad I said I'd never come back. My wife decided we should give this store a chance (besides I'm getting tired of their competition).I placed an online order tonight. Drove down and entered the store 8-10 minutes after placing the order. Granted, the website said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Here's the disappointing part. There were no other orders in the store, no other customers, nothing in the "completed" pie rack. One guy in the back, another in the front. Nothing going on. HOWEVER, they hadn't even started my pie!!! The young man did apologize, but that doesn't really cut it. No wonder I haven't been back. Who's managing this store? I managed many retail locations, over many years, and know this is an issue with management.To provide context, here's my review from 4 years ago:Horrible service. My pizza has been done for more than an hour. Still had to wait in long line of people ordering. No incentive to call ahead. Other options elsewhere. Lots of competition. I won't be back. When I was departing I saw the line was out the door. Nobody looked happy. They all looked like they were standing in line at the Post Office or the DMV. Pizza dough was wrong. Not good.

We ordered three pizzas to cook at home. Best pizza EVER!! Thin crust gourmet vegetarian, Greek pepperoni and ham and pineapple. Everybody loved them!! The staff is very friendly!!

The pizza at Papa Murphy's is surprisingly great! I've never heard of a place that makes custom ready to cook pizzas! What a cool idea. The pizzas are really good and the price is even better. Call or walk in, tell them what ever kind of pizza you want. They make it on fresh dough, great sauce, cheese what ever you like. They wrap it up and bring it home and bake it. Bake it now, in an hour, that night, or freeze it and have it next week! I can't single one thing out because it was all pretty good. Parking, the service, price, the taste! Fantastic! Loved it! Next time in Oro Valley I am there!

Great service at this papa Murphy's, and the pizza is the best you can hope for as far as take and bake.

I've been to lots of different Papa Murphy's in different states and so far have loved all of the different pizzas that they offer. The location on La Canada has great pizza but excellent customer service as well!

We have ordered from this place several times. Mostly it was good. Pizzas were exactly what we ordered. The last time we ordered a thin crust cowboy. Hold the pepperoni and add extra sausage. Had never been a problem before. This time there was no sausage at all. Only olives. We ended up throwing it away

The workers wete nice fast and the gourmet veg pizza was delicious and on tues a great price

Papa Murphys is absolutely horrible towards their customers once they leave the door. Making inappropriate statements about what they may have been wearing or how they look. The Manager Lisa Is beyond Unprofessional And extremely rude to her employees. Lacks the ability to make sure the stores needs are taken care off. Will completely ignore mold in certain food items. Don't come in with an attitude or having a bad day.. Because they will intentionally do your pizza not their best to show you how much they really care for their customers. Don't be fooled by this sweet little pizza prep store, you being taken care of and given the best quality as a customer and as an employee is not the case here. Thanks.

Not sounding like a pizza expert, but we must share that this is carry out is the best ever. After being a customer for over 5 years at this store, there have been many changes along the way. The pizza has improved and the staff keep improving!!! I have watched Dillon train the staff to make a pie the right way and if it didn't meet his exceptions the pizza had to be started over. Dillon has taken pride in training his staff and making this store his own. He is a strong leader and one of the best leads to work under. If you're looking for a strong leadership watch this one in action!! Attention Owners: Please take note of this and who you're looking over when it comes to promotions!!! Dillon is OVER DUE!!!!
