Overall I'm sure it's a fine clinic but having horrible customer experiences with front desk staff truly ruins the integrity of any clinic and I hope this stops anyone else from having to experience what I have. Speaking with the receptionist Jonathan has soured this clinic for me and I will not be back. He is incredible rude. Will be taking my pets elsewhere moving forward.

So grateful to Dr. Truong and her tech, Josh for a wonderful appointment. I'd just adopted a pit mix, Honey, from the humane society. Having been told that she is reactive and had stressed out and nipped someone while being restrained during a medical exam, I was ready to do battle. Even had brought along a newly purchased soft muzzle. Well, all of my worry was quickly put at ease. Josh came in quietly and sat in the corner while Honey sized him up from a distance and gradually approached. Treats were offered and accepted. Honey even let Josh pet her:) Then Dr. Truong came in and followed the same protocol, even at one point laying on the floor and allowing the pup to sniff her and all of the "tools". The exam went off without a hitch, the dog and I left much more relaxed and I feel confident about any future visits. Thank you, Dr. Truong, Josh and Pantano Animal Clinic!

I made what would have been my German Shephard's 1st appt. At this "clinic".The day of our appointment I was feeling poorly (I'm 72) and so called and was told that, since i paid in advance, all $64.00 that i paid was already taken by the "clinic" and I would have to pay ANOTHER $64.00 to get an exam that I'd already paid for!!At least they're optimists, but thet are one sh__ty "clinic".Avoid like the covid !!

Company seeking money over good pet care. Require heart worm testing for refills but don't inform you of that at annual visits. Also require an annual visit at the time of rabies vaccination, so make sure you time that right if you don't want to pay for another annual exam in the same year. And don't express that you feel anything about payments is unfair or you'll wait and then they won't see/vaccinate your pet because you are "angry," which I will admit being called angry did make me angry but before being called angry I was waiting to be ripped off calmly. Be aware of making sure you time things perfectly or keep your thoughts about cost to yourself if you want to come here.

The appointment went well until I got the bill. My dog was given an antibiotic that cost $220. I paid the bill but didn't immediately get a chance to review the bill. When I got home I researched the price for the exact medication. It ran from $2 to $10. I called but was only able to speak to the receptionist. He merely said that's what they charge. I'm going to keep calling until I get a manager and will update my review accordingly.

We had to make an emergency appointment for our cat with diabetes. He unfortunately had to be put down but the staff here made the process as easy as it could be. The vet tech especially (I really wished I remembered her name) was very professional and constantly assured me I was doing the right thing for our little kitty. She even took the time to explain everything that was happening to my six year old. Losing a pet is never easy but I really appreciate the staff for making the process a little less difficult.

The front desk staff was friendly. Dr. Iman was absolutely wonderful. She was caring and took the time to explain the procedure my dog would be undergoing. Everyone expressed care for my little guy.
